Very Good Customer Service

I just started using Winning Hunter and I had an issue about an e-mail I received from the company. I used the chat box to get help. Jino helped me very quickly, briefly and clearly. I don't know how Winning Hunter works yet, but I'm sure if I have any issue Jino and others will help me asap. Thank you.

Friendly support, but not the right fit for me

The support team at Winning Hunter was kind and responsive, especially Eana who handled my refund request very professionally. However, the platform didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of product selection for my niche, and I couldn’t justify the cost while on a tight budget. Might revisit in the future when I’m ready to try again. Appreciate the customer service though!

Jino

Some companies draw a well deserved attention because of the products or services they offer, but sometimes also for the quality of the staff they hire.
I would like to congratulate WinningHunter managers for recruting Jino who has on numerous occasions done his very best to help me. He is indeed a very thoughtfull and customer driven support member. Life would be much easier in our contacts with companies if there were more support members like Jino.

Outdated, inaccurate, and lacks originality – not trustworthy

Unfortunately, my experience with this tool was very disappointing. Not only does it copy products and ideas from other well-established tools, but it also feels outdated and poorly maintained. Many of the numbers and data shown inside are inaccurate or even misleading. It’s hard to trust the information when the foundation is built on copying and false promises. To make things worse, most of the reviews appear fake or paid — they don’t reflect the real value (or lack thereof) of the tool. I expected innovation and integrity, but found none.

Winning Hunter is a below average spytool.

Winning Hunter is ok. Its not accurate as I’ve tracked my stores and the sales are not accurate. Also the site is very slow. I mean like slow slow. $200 for 3 months and you’d expect a decent running site. I think there are better spytools. Once my subscription is done I won’t be renewing.

EDIT!!!!! They replied saying I don’t have an active account just to make it look like I’m giving a bad review for no reason! Hilarious 😂. Yes I do have an active account under this exact same email. Unfortunately I can’t post any pictures or I would show a screen shot of my receipt and me logged into winning hunter.

My review stands. Don’t let the reply they left make me seem like I’m just making stuff up. NOPE! Actually paying customer here and I tell no lies. Average spy tool!!!
