Lack Basic Respect
I worked at this company from May 2024 to February 2026, nearly two years, starting as a part-time recruit and working my way up to full-time. However, the experience was full of deep structural failures. The office lacked basic hygiene, and internet outages were a constant nuisance, even though I paid for a co-working desk. Worse, every time a problem arose between staff and clients, management refused to take responsibility, always deflecting blame onto us.
The final straw was when the owner, in an official Google Meet, unleashed vile language toward us, calling employees degrading names. I felt utterly devalued as if paying me gave them the right to own me.
After I resigned, I still rented a desk there, hoping for stability, but even that was a mistake. My snacks, which I kept in a small box under my desk, were repeatedly stolen. I complained multiple times, but their only response was, “Well, you can stop keeping them there.”
After all this, I decided to leave because the owner’s erratic behavior and the lack of basic respect made it impossible to stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to neither clients nor staff. As no one will find security or respect here.
