I am writing this review to warn others…

I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with Winorio Casino. This is by far one of the most frustrating and unprofessional online casinos I have ever dealt with.

For over six weeks, I have been trying to close my account, and despite multiple attempts, Winorio Casino continues to delay, ignore, or obstruct this process. What should be a simple request has turned into an exhausting and stressful ordeal.

Initially, I contacted customer support to request account closure. Instead of processing my request, they suddenly demanded that I fill out multiple unnecessary forms, which were never mentioned before. After submitting everything they asked for, customer support completely stopped responding. Emails go unanswered, live chat agents provide vague copy-paste replies, and no one takes responsibility.

The payment processing is just as unreliable and inconsistent. Withdrawals are extremely unpredictable: sometimes they are processed quickly, but other times they take more than a week, with no explanation whatsoever. Even worse, deposits can take up to 24 hours to be credited to your account, which is absolutely unacceptable for an online casino in 2025. This was one of the main reasons I decided to stop playing there in the first place.

What is most concerning is that they actively refuse to close my account, despite repeated requests. This raises serious red flags regarding player protection and responsible gambling. Any legitimate casino should respect a player’s decision to stop and immediately close an account when requested. Winorio Casino does the opposite.

Overall, Winorio Casino shows:
• Extremely poor customer service
• Unjustified delays in withdrawals
• Slow and unreliable deposits
• A lack of transparency
• Disrespect for responsible gambling principles

I strongly advise anyone considering this casino to stay far away. If you value your time, money, and mental peace, choose a casino that actually respects its players. Winorio Casino does not.

Final verdict: Completely untrustworthy and highly frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

Winorio Ignores Customers After Promising Refunds – Reported to Authorities

After my previous review, Winorio advised me to contact them via email. I have since sent multiple emails and spoken with their live chat team, who confirmed the at only my anccount manager could process my request. But has not responded to any of my correspondence. Despite assurances that my refund and account closure would be processed, no action has been taken.

This behaviour demonstrates a serious lack of accountability, transparency, and customer care. The ongoing delay and refusal to communicate have caused significant mental distress.

I have reported Winorio to Action Fraud UK, Companies House, Casino Guru, and I am in the process of notifying the Financial Conduct Authority and their payment merchants regarding potential breaches of consumer and data protection laws under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

It appears Winorio responds publicly to maintain appearances but privately ignores genuine cases. I strongly urge others to avoid this casino and report any similar experiences to the appropriate authorities.

03/11/25: Yet again so quick to reply on trust pilot but not taken any action or even tried to contact me, I truly do not understand what l Winorio are pulling with these responses. Saying you will take it as feedback when you confirmed a refund and account closure is not good enough and will be expecting what is promised. As I have now escalated this I did try to resolve it amicably with Winorio directly but unfortunately the level of unprofessional service I’ve received and the mental distress this has caused I will be taking legal action and spreading awareness to others on media platform.

Repeated self-exclusion requests ignored – account still open

I have requested the closure of my Winorio Casino account due to gambling addiction more than four times. It has now been almost ten days and my account is still open.

Instead of honoring my self-exclusion request, they offered me a bonus to keep the account open, which is completely against responsible gambling principles. As a result, I lost €1360 after my first request for closure.

The last response I received was even more shocking: they told me that “I am not obliged to play if I don’t want to” and asked me to confirm once again that I want my account closed. Despite my repeated confirmations, my account is still active today.

This behavior shows a total disregard for responsible gambling obligations and player protection. I have kept all emails as proof and I am ready to share them with watchdog organizations.

Players should avoid Winorio Casino at all costs.
