Terrible service

Terrible service. When I ordered, I was told delivery would be the next day. In fact, on the third day, they told me it was ready to ship, and they haven't even shipped it yet. Why are you deceiving your customers?

Ordered 2 batteries, only received 1

I ordered 2 identical batteries, but only one was delivered. I sent an email to customer support just one hour after delivery and received a quick response: the problem would be forwarded internally. Since then and I have not received any further response.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are dealt with. In the case of winparts, you should not expect any help.

Was there only one battery in stock? Was the second battery lost during transport? Did they accidentally send only one? I don't know because I'm not getting an answer. I was told that they are processing the issue. How can that take days? It should be a matter of minutes, hours at most.

The whole thing would be completely harmless if there were better communication on their part. The way it is now, it's a lose-lose situation. They get a bad review from me, and I'm sitting here wondering if I'll ever get a second battery and when? Or will they offer me a refund and I'd better order another battery from a competitor—because I need my car to be roadworthy.

I can only advise everyone not to order from here, especially if you rely on the spare parts.

Once this happens, we will notify our distribution centre, so they can start an investigation into the whereabouts of the missing parts. If they find the parts in our warehouse, they will be sent your way. You'll receive an email as confirmation. If they should have left the warehouse we will contact the delivery company and go from there. When we do not have answers yet, we can't inform you. When we do you'll be the first to know.

UPS Never call or send anything too, and now i see it turn back to you, just have loose money and time.

Parcel not complete

Things went wrong with my first experience with winparts.
I ordered oil filter, air filter and 6L of engine oil to service my car at a reasonable price.
I received only one parcel with oil filter.
Ah to buy locally oil and air filter at normal price.
1 month later, no news from winparts , never received what I paid for, no refund.
