I am not happy with the spread size and account types, they need to have atleast one account for scalpers because spread is too high. An account with commision is best with zero spreads. Another thing not much happy with the withdrawal process. Need to work more on customer satisfaction.

1. Constant Delays with Deposits: Every time I made a deposit, I had to send a request to my Relationship Manager or their support team to approve it. The worst part? It took *hours* for them to approve the deposit and actually get the funds into my MT5 account. This process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

2. Confusing Withdrawal Process: Once I tried to withdraw my money, I hit another roadblock. The instructions were unclear, and no matter what I did, my requests kept getting rejected with no valid explanation. It felt like I was just being ignored.

3.Long Delays for Withdrawals: When I did manage to get through, the withdrawals took way longer than promised. There was no communication from support about the delay, and it felt like I was constantly chasing after my own money.

4. Hidden Fees: They hit me with fees when I tried to withdraw that weren’t mentioned upfront. It was a total surprise and left me feeling misled.

Worst and fraudulent platform with shady brokers.

I like the support they have... I had a little problem with a deposit... but well, in the end it was resolved, which is the important thing... they are always attentive to the needs of the client... congratulations for that and may they continue like this for many more years.

They are very delay withdrawal and I think some saspecious activity.so I don't trust this broker.
