Extremely Disappointing Experience – Previous $100 Reward Still Unresolved

My experience with WinProFX has been extremely disappointing.

WinProFX promoted a $100 trading credit event. I watched their official 2-hour YouTube LIVE event from start to finish. At the time of the event, their website/webinar access was having technical issues, so I attended the event through their official YouTube live stream instead.

I completed the required form and also completed my KYC. Their support team later confirmed that if someone could not join through the provided webinar link due to a technical issue but successfully attended through the official YouTube stream, their attendance would also be considered.

Despite spending around 2 hours watching the live event, completing KYC and submitting the required form, I still have not received the promised $100 MT5 account/credit.

What is even more disappointing is that while this previous $100 promotional event is still unresolved for participants like me, WinProFX has already launched another promotion offering a 100% Tradable Bonus with deposits of $100, $300 and $1,000.

I cannot personally confirm that the new promotion is a scam, but after my experience with the previous event, I have serious concerns about these promotions. I strongly recommend that potential customers be very careful and fully understand the terms before depositing any money.

They ran a campaign about giving $100 to everyone. Many people including me done everything they told to get that amount. They promised everyone will get it in 24hrs but after they kept telling that they were in lot of pressure and they haven't completed giving everyone. And now again its more 2 days and they haven't given yet. And i don't think that even 50% of the people got the amount. The point is when they are not capable of providing the amount then why the hell did they promise.
I think anyone should not see a long term future of this broker, use a better and trusted one. Because till now their website isn't working properly , how the hell will they run a broker .

Based on my experience, this broker cannot be trusted. They ran a promotional campaign offering a $100 bonus to participants but never actually paid it out. On top of that, their website is frequently down or malfunctioning, making it difficult to even access your account or trade. Between the broken promises and the unreliable platform, this is a company that appears to be taking advantage of its customers

Do not trade or create an account with any Winprofx broker. They are fraudulent with their customers. They promised to give $100 free to those who participated in their campaign but did not give it.
Their website server is also not working, they are cheating their customers, no one should trade from their platform.
