I must say that the team: Winscombe Chairs is excellent when it comes to customer service, quality & delivery times. I placed a large order during the Christmas period (2025), hoping the chairs would be delivered by mid-January. Due to the year-end holidays, the team advised that delivery would be on or before mid-February. To our surprise, they actually expedited the process and delivered the chairs in January. I truly have nothing negative to say about the packaging, the care taken during delivery, or the quality of the chairs. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The chairs look excellent and super cool!!!

Just wanted to add a very late review for Winscombe Furniture. we were looking for 10 replacement plastic topped tables for our village hall. I came across Winscombe Furniture whilst searching for suitable tables. They were selling the same MOGO square tables I had found online and cheaper than I could purchase elsewhere. Paul was great responding to my initial enquiry and kept me in touch with the delivery process. Unfortunately the first delivery was one table short due to stock levels but this soon arrived to make up the compliment. Would highly recommend this company for furniture especially if you are a community hall or a charity

We needed 140 wooden padded chairs for our church. After looking at several companies Winscombe were chosen on the basis of price and quality. They were always quick to respond to questions and emails, gave us a useful discount for early payment, produced the chairs ahead of the original time estimate, but were happy to work with us on delivery date when our building scheme was running late. The chairs arrived well packaged and undamaged and we are very pleased with the build quality and comfort. On the basis of our experience we have subsequently gone back to Winscombe for other items (pew cushions). Excellent service!
