Absolute con! Ordered shoes, over £50, they are shocking... poor quality, stink of glue, didn't even get sent in a shoe box, wrapped in plastic and crushed. To add insult to consumer injury, they sent the wrong shoes. They won't be worn on my feet, I wouldn't even pay a tenner for them. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Scam site

Just got my items which look nothing like the pictures. The quality is absolutely rubbish. Is there anything I can do as spent over £100. Absolutely disgusting 🫣

After ordering and thought the company was from Windsor in London so thinking it was in the uk. The item was delivered and too small so the address stated on the packaging was Cannock uk . I emailed and asked for address to return and was given a china address as they don’t want us to return purchase’s from them and the cost to send it back was more than the item . I have rated one star as I have just wasted my money the item has gone into the charity bag . PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

AVOID they are utter scammers, please do not waste your money. I ordered an item and received something completely different, awful quality not even close to what I paid for. Trying to source a refund and guess what need to return to China, why is that exactly?

I believe the site has been taken over by scammers. It seems there is no real activity with the company social platforms since Feb 2024. Wouldn´t try bying any of their stuff right now, unless the owner shows up to confirm the business is legit again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Terrible quality! Arrived weeks after ordering. Asked to return the item and was fobbed off, then told I had to pay for the return to China. False misrepresentation that the company is based in the UK. Its not, it's cheap S@@@e from China!

Avoid this site at all costs .. the quality is rubbish and when you want to return they tell you to send it back to China when they have a Cannock return address on the parcel .. and then have the ordasity to say they have not had any other complaints about quality .. really well they need to read these reviews for starters .. total scamming company

AVOID!!!! Total scam, the package took over three weeks to arrive so definitely not from uk and the clothes are terrible, it’s like someone took a picture of good quality brand and did cheap remake.

I believe this company to be a rebrand of Lisa of London, which is a complete scam. The clothes are cheap knock offs of those pictured on the site, they will refuse your returns and refuse to give you your money back. They are not located in London and your clothes will be shipped from Netherlands.

Where is Winser clothing? And where is the money in customers' accounts with Winser that has yet to be spent? One of these days the holding of money by a company, instead of a full re-payment if an item is no longer required or is faulty, will be outlawed. With online-shopping one is entireley dependent on being sent a item - whch one pays for in advance mind - and being ablle to send it back and being re-funded. Winser is one of those which takes your payment and requires you have that payment held on an account even if you wish to return an item. It is a credit note. This would be fine if that company then stays open!
Winser London has a website 'message' saying the website is 'under development' for months now - and no information for customers who have had their money held back on 'credit' and no ability to use it!

I bought a blue dress and it fits perfect. Then I saw I could get another one cheaper and ordered it in pink as i was going to a wedding. I can't get the dress on, and like another customer when I looked at returning, I was too late. If this is what is happening, like people buying 2 or 3 items the same and only one fitting. Not good. I also notice that the garments are made in China! I was very disappointed when I found that out, led to believe they were made in the UK.

Dreadful service, I bought two dresses, expecting one to fit, went to return them a week later and was told that I couldn't return them as I only had 5 days to send them back, so missed the ridiculous short window that wasn't flagged on their website. I was told by customer services that it was tough luck as I should have read about it in a newsletter - even though I don't subscribe to their newsletters! So I am stuck with two brand new dresses that don't fit and can't wear. I will never shop their again.

Bought a trouser and top in rhubarb pink but since then can’t find any stockists .
Have about 10 pieces of winser lindon over the last 6 years and really enjoyed the styling .Have they gone bust ?

I have been a customer since 3 years now and am owning quite a big range of Winser London clothing by now. I have only good things to say. Dressing has become a no-brainer since I discovered the brand.

Not all cuts are good for my figure; I am tall with long and strong legs and a fuller bust with hourglass figure. The luxe joggers are unfortunately not long and spacious enough for me but, sure, life goes on. However, the styles I keep I am getting a lot of wear out. This summer, I bought my third Merino pencil skirt in the Winser blue and also the pink Miracle pencil skirt and one of the iconic V neck silk tops in pink and love them all. Even though skirt and shirt are a hot pink, it is still very soft on the eye and the silk feels so so luxurious. I bought it in the size I always buy and it hangs relaxed and is loose just how I love it to be. For my neck which is a bit on the shorter, wider side, the V neck is so flattering. I receive lots of compliments when I wear it to the office. I was bold and washed the silk shirt by hand and skipped the dry cleaner and it turned out beautiful. Hung dry, I did not even had to steam it. So good for busy people like me!
I also bought my first boyfriend cotton trousers in white. Initially, I was indecisive since I hardly wear white and don't quite get the hype about it since white is a bit high-maintenance. But what can I say: I was instantly so thrilled by them with fit and material that only 2 weeks later I got another pair during the sale. Yes, after one wear I wash them BUT it is no biggie since they wash and wear a dream and if you hang them to dry, no need to press them. They come out quite straight the material is so light. In the summer heat a wonderful piece to wear for office and for leisure. They go beautiful with the silk shirt worn loose.
Now I am just hoping for different, new colours to come and something like a not-boxy Merino blazer maybe and also a long Miracle blazer in navy and maybe some bluegrey or teal that goes with blue, purple, navy and black.
I also can't wait until the Tweed time starts. Sure there will be beautiful stuff to complete my existing collection.
Because I live abroad in the EU, I got a little P&P code which also helps when I still have to pay custom duties on top.

I have been using Winser London for quite a while, great classic ladies clothing of excellent quality. The customer service they provide is excellent. Thank you Emma for all your help today.
