The product is beyond a 5 star. Long lasting beautiful scents with the right amount of each ingredients balancing off delicate tones when burnt.
Also I am so impressed with Michelle the owner who add a personal touch to her customers. Thank you for a great service

Good selection of scents. Prompt delivery. I have been ordering from Windsor for at least a couple of years and haven’t had any problems. My “go to” for wax melts. ❤️

Great Website, easy and clear to use, and wonderful smelling Wax Melts, i don’t use or buy from any other company, as always have quick and reliable service 😊

I love the smell. My friend who came round the other day and has lots of different melts and diffusers mentioned that she loves the smell of this particular one.

The customer service was excellent. Very quick delivery.
I bought the electric wax warmer 3D Geometric Flower design which looks very pretty when it’s turned on.
The scent from the wax melts lasts a long time. Oud and Bergamot is my favourite.
