I really hope you'll reconsider this damaging and inaccurate review of our small family business.
Firstly, we sent your order as soon as the Xmas Bank Holidays ended - 1 working day after you placed the order on Boxing Day. Royal Mail attempted to deliver the day after (30th December) but there was nobody home and they left a card. So, we did all that was possible to provide the fastest possible delivery.
Regarding the small box, we pack such items very carefully but in the smallest box possible to avoid excessive movement and damage in delivery. It would not have been squashed in any way.
Please reconsider this 1-star review and it really doesn't provide an accurate representation of your order or our company.
