This company lies about what they are
This company lies about what they are. They are simply an outlet for fraud, they say they are a fiance vendor and any issues they blame on your bank or the vendor without actually doing anything to help. I have been waiting for a refund of over £100 for a year and they just dismiss this.
Questionalble morals at best but I believe they are part of the Scam.

Have read all the negative reviews that this is not a real service/company. All true. Defrauded Customers... Just dispute your purchase with your credit card bank and you will receive a refund. Trust me they already know all about Chinese scammers.
This is by far one of the biggest scammers of all scammers... They are probably the actual merchant plus the actual pay center would be my guess because their solution to the product of not receiving your product is to contact the merchant who does not exist even by email or about website it's gone... But they continue to tell you over and over again contact the seller We cannot refund unless the seller tells us to ...okay then win to pay, I would like for you to answer this question:
Are you both the seller&merchant? You are shameless and despicable, Even if you aren't because you know what the actual merchant is up to... Scamming!
People who have been scammed by this scammer... All you have to do is dispute your claim with your credit card bank and you will receive a refund... Just let your credit card bank know that you have been scammed... I have been told before that there are so many Chinese scammers...they totally understand. I received my refund, from my bank.

Wintopay took my money and I did not receive service
Wintopay took my money and I did not get service. I went directly to the seller and paid again. Wintopay did not give me my money back.. they basically stole from me.. which they have done to many others as well.. there should be a class action suit against them. I tried to give them a chance to get my service but they told more lies and did not help me at all.

I bought goods from truhtt.com and paid via Wintopay that guaranteed they will fix things with the seller if something gets wrong.
They did not do it.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs. They are posing as the finance partner of Marc Jacobs but that is a fake site. They are impossible to get hold of and emails bounce back.
My bank is now investigating.

This company is awful I have an ongoing dispute with them over a refund that they keep promising, it’s always the same message “ get your bank to check ARN number” “ your refund has been processed” they need investigated and reported to a financial ombudsman.
