Postage Due
Had to travel to post office to pay postage due. Git reimbursed but not for my wasted time picking up the blades.Company offered to send a new order and just let the old one get sent back, but I had already waited too long and did not want to wait another week.
I think they should have offered a discount for the hassle and inconvenience. This would have made for better customer service. Doubt if i will but from them again.

They made it right
Rear wiper blade apparently didn't fit my car, I had a mechanic install it but it was only cleaning the bottom half of the glass.
He thought it was a problem with the manufacturing of the blade.
I contacted the company and they refunded my money.
