I have been waiting 4 2 years or longer And you guys don't even have my records. Yet others have the ones that I have to go down to the police department and gift plus you don't communicateight I feel I've wasted my money.

I hired this firm on 02/23/2023. Which I Paid them In Full. I haven't heard back from them since that day. I requested support to log into the portal they provided to check the status several times and received 0 replies. No returned emails or phone calls despite repeated requests. They haven't done anything for case or provided any updates.

After they received my payment I haven't heard anything from them at all! Can't even sign in the portal or getting a call back from several messages! It's a scam!

How do u get your money back?/

Update : It seems like there has been a drastic overhaul with the the way this company is handling its clients. They are being responsive and updating me whenever necessary now.

It has been years since i paid them and still no expungment. I was told time after time it was being taken care of. Thought i was good to go but after filing for a gun permit i am now facing another felony and need to dump more money into a lawyer. They are still taking money so buyer beware. They are illusive after receiving payment.

THIEVES AND CHARLATANS - don’t be taken for $2200+ like the rest of their ripped off “clients”

Like me….they will do nothing and take your money with a smile

They take your money then can't return a phone call. You should not do business with these people under any circumstances. I've been paid in full for almost a year and I can't even get anyone on the phone.

This is beyond amazing how messed up this outfit is. This time last year I left a negative because at that time it was 6yrs since I set up trying to get my rights back. Money is paid, documents and fingerprints sent in and everything. After leaving the review one of them boneheads called me with some BS sob story about how they are sorry it's been taking so long. Said something about my case was priority from here on out but here we are literally a year later (7yrs in total) and zero outcome and they STILL have my money. My most recent case manage after 6 previous case managers in total, calls after the other case manage flaked on me 3 months after the review, and says hoe he can't believe that no one has given me more than a one sentence response, according to my file. talking about in 90 days my case should be done and clear. Imagine that...after he swore he'd not leave me hanging like the rest. No one answers or calls back from the number given to me that he texted from. Can't book a call either. The first one was canceled then the like was disengaged. I have the emails to prove it. All these positive reviews are BS to me unless ther are case numbers to be verified. Don't waste your time or money on these rookies. These people aren't even the original people I opened my case with. The were bought out or something by these guys and when I contacted them in regards to no one contacting me.....the tried telling me I needed to send them money...not know I kept my receipts from the previous owners. GTFOH

Firearm rights have been restored in Indiana. I found WipeRecord by doing some searches online. There customer service was great. I did find their online portal helpful. I'd recommend.

Finally got my record expunged using WipeRecord. It was a long time coming. I literrally became eligible last year and reached out almost immediately to WipeRecord. They confirmed my eligibility and got started right away. Proud to say I'm not a felon any more.

They took $1100 from me and It was suppose to be 1800 but I just wanted to wait to pay them in full.

Wow I didn’t think I would get on reviews and see that other people had their money taken as well. I completely trusted these lawyers. I paid $1900 and it’s been over 3 years of being ignored. How could lawyers take advantage of people and steal money. How is this happening and continuing. Not to mention lying about representing you in court for our second amendment, it’s paper work I now know I can file myself. No need for a lawyer. They are not doing anything special. I have bank statements of the withdrawals they took and now refuse to perform any service at all or even refund my money. No service-then refund the money. Why do I forfeit my whole $1900? Insane! No problem. I will complain to the bar as well and bbb. When I am in Texas will file small claims as well. If I had social media would put this firms ethics on display. What a waist. God bless America still. Justice will prevail. It did when I was 19 yrs old and it will at 46. Trust God not these people.

Its a scam

Its a scam. I've had a firearm restoration petition going with them for over 3 years now and paid 3000. They don't answer their phones, they dont answer texts or emails. They scheduled hearing dates and never showes up to them,Canceled hearings When you do get to talk with them they are full of excuses, lies etc. they probably have thousands of clients theyve screwed over. Just so yourself a favor and hire somebody local. Also if these people have scammed you like they have me, contact the bar and complain. They shouldn't be able to practice law anymore
