The Web Site is still up and taking money but my Lifetime Account no longer exists and support email is bouncing with "Unknown Recipient"

company has gone under but still taking payments, no response from customer service. I've started using Nord VPN- much better so far!

1. downloading speed is really terrible
2. there is a button for a 'free trial period' but it doesn't work. You'll be charged immediatly
3. there is no info on how to cancel and there is no way to cancel the subscription in your account environment
4. no help from the chat function or response form helpdesk

do not sign up. Had to get my money back via creditcard company.

This company will not cancel your account, they will stall. I have tried to close my account with them for 3 months. You will receive auto replies from this John P. and they will keep charging your account.

I have received this reply over and over, regardless how many cancellation requests I sent.

It's a scam! I will have to cancel from my credit card.

I would definitely be wary of all the 5 star customer service reviews here. I have been a customer for a little over two months and have had 3 service tickets of which on is still open and the others have just disappeared. The live chat option worked 1 time when I first started the service and since then the other 10-15 times I tried I get the "we'll follow up leave your email address" Still waiting to hear from them. I purchased a deal for lifetime service and regretting it immensely. I am going back to Private Internet Access Co. as they are amazing. I will pay more for it and take the hit on the payment I made to WVPN but I don't really expect to hear from them to get my money back.
Don't waste your time or your money on these guys, its just a scam to take your money plug you in and leave you to fend for yourself. And if it doesn't work, Oh Well.

Best vpn i have tried. Easy to set up especially on kodi. Customer services are quick and friendly and very helpful.

WiredVPN chat live option really worked. I reached out to them and they responded to me quickly and helped me figured out the problem and then helped me solve it. I would recommend them to everyone.

I just now started using them! Im not very computer savvy and had some questions for them and they replied to my questions very promptly and answered everything I needed to know! Excellent service so far but will do another review after a few days of use!

I've been trying WiredVPN over the past day or so, and quite frankly have been disappointed during my time with them. Whilst connected to the nearest server to me (London), I was unable to push more than 5Mbps of traffic, which for my needs of streaming & downloading large files, was slower than I was expecting, or requiring. I also tried the Amsterdam server as I had noticed a lot of my traffic without a VPN was routed through there, but saw little download speed increase from the previous figure on a 150Mbps line. On other VPNs that I had tried in the past, I was able to download the same test file that I tried at speeds in excess of 50Mbps (and many times, upwards of 100Mbps), so this service speed was inadequate for me.

In addition to this, upon looking on the internet for other reviews, I discovered a video on YouTube stating that WiredVPN was run by the same people who ran MySafeVPN (who had a bad history after having broken spam laws in order to try and gain customers from people's details in data breaches). I had tried MySafeVPN out at the time, and still had a few of their VPN profiles on my laptop - comparing a large number of profiles of both companies, I noticed that the IP & certificates of both servers matched, showing the management of these companies is the same, and are run by the same people.

I wouldn't trust these guys with your internet data - you are better off going elsewhere for a more trustworthy company, in addition to most likely quicker speeds. They claim to be a registered company in their terms, yet I am unable to find a trace of their existence anywhere, which to me, make WiredVPN seem even less trustworthy. Needless to say, I will not be subscribing now, and have stopped using their free trial.

Rating alone on the customer service, I was impressed at how quickly they were able to get my problems resolved.

Will follow up in a week to review the product.

Excellent product. Easy to install easy to set up and use. Great performance great speeds. Knowledgeable and helpful customer service with all issues being resolved quickly

Installed on several devices and all working now. Did have some issues getting there android app installed on an android tv.(required sideloading via esfile as I couldn't do it through browser).

Once installed it works very well and doesn't require the openvpn platform now which makes thing even better.

No reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
