Delivery& collection all on time - excellent service

Very pleasant and helpful staff, would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

We needed a short term rental and unlike other solutions cough xepay , Dojo etc. WTS has a pre pay solution with no loop holes and Matt G who helped every step of the way. we recieved the A920 Pro terminals and they just worked out the box 0 faff. i know how trust pilot can be I've been stung by the previously mentioned companies but WTS is legit

We used their service for the Hampton Court flower show and it was worth it. It is stressful enough during these shows without your equipment failing you. We will be using them again.

Found using the card machine very beneficial at the. Glasgow Country Living Christmas fair. Matt was very helpful throughout the process of hiring and returning it.

We have always hired our credit card machines from WTS.. always had fantastic service and quick delivery. Both the sales team (Matt) and technical services are extremely effecient and quick to resolve any issues, they spend a smuch time as needed fixing any queries. This year we hired several, new style machines and they have worked faultlessly. Very fast taking the payments. WTS are a great company to work with.

Hired 3 Terminals for a Festival. Paid £439.20 for them. Not one machine worked. Spent too much time speaking to Technical Services. It seems the machines would only work for a £1 test and anything above, came through as VOID. Kept all the print outs of the VOIDS and REPORTS which fluctuated from FAIL COMMS ERROR - FAIL CANCELLED. Even sent in a picture of how many attempts (report prints on the dashboard) whilst on the phone with Technical Services. How can you pay for something that does not work?? Asked for a REFUND of what we had paid for the hire, not for the loss of sales we incurred which ran into more than hundreds and guess what..................Apologies but NO REFUND! WTS, you need to move into the twentieth century and update your machines! Money for Nothing!

We ordered two new card machines for outdoors when we reopened after lock down. Good service from Wireless Terminal Solutions, quick set up under tight time pressures.

They have always stepped in and get things to me in time. Even when an order went a little wrong they pulled out all the stops to get us trading again. This time they have saves us after a flood which sent all our systems down. Thank you Matt and the team

It was explained to me clearly how to use the new terminal. I was able to contact them when I had any problems with the terminal. Any problems were quickly resolved.

I have been working with WTS for several years now and they have always delivered exceptional service. Our account manager Matt has always been incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions I have had. Both office and tech support are available around the clock and terminal dispatch and collection have always been on time.

I have hired machines and worked with Wireless Terminal Solutions for over 5 years and their after sales service is exceptional. There is always a person to speak to - not an answering service, and when I am working at an event and my cash machine is not working, I need immediate help. They give it and sort it out - they are always friendly and do not seem bothered about my operator stupidity, but just clearly explain how to resolve it. They have sent items out for the next day delivery at an event, and I would not go anywhere else - it is rare that you can find such a hugely helpful supplier - don't bother looking elsewhere!
