My account got blocked for no reason !! Support is very very bad. I just got a message that I violate terms and conditions and that was all. I still have ETH in my account and support haven’t answered me how I can get them back.!!! I think this is really a scam!!!

They waited for the price to go up then invented a fee scheme to send my account to zero! Had some BTC in there for 4 years, in the 2021 hype they intruduced a fee structure to wipe out the accounts
Only when I threaten them with making an official complain to ODR platform (in europe this is the organization to present complains about internet thief and scames) they returned my funds. But I had to explain like a lawer what they were doing was and is criminal!

I dont like wirex since time me with a friend lost our coin to them, to have it back cause a lot of issue, long time without feedback, i choose finnerclover with my coins & investment.

They block my account over 4 months ago & do not even respond to me or give me my money back.

STAY AWAY !!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Unethical storage fee meant they stole the equivalent of over 3,000 for one fee! Spoke with CS agent Anastasiia who said it had been escalated to review and since had been unresponsive. For a high profile company it’s despicable!

Following this post I received a full refund of the BTC taken and communication from support.

These scammers, have held my money for weeks. SCAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have some good news if you have lost your coins! My on going problem has now been sorted. I sent 2000 xrp tokens about 10 weeks ago with the wrong destination tag.. my fault of course! However I am happy to report that after many emails and reviews on this site I have finally had them released to my account. There is hope if you are in the same boat as me, you just need to persist and be prepared to wait.

After reading so many poor reviews, I decided I would first see if WIREX honors their promotions before making any investments using their APP. I'm so glad I did, because I have discovered they don't honor their promotions. According to their terms and conditions I should receive US$15 within 30 days after the promotion ends. All I needed to do was complete the verification process. The promotion ended October 31st. It has now been almost 2 months and I haven't received anything. About 10 days ago I emailed their support and they replied they'd look into it. Still nothing. If you can't trust them with a $15 payment, how can you trust their APP with thousands of dollars of investment?!?!?!?

Avoid!!! Poor Staff, Unprofessional people

The WIREX thiefs again wrote text below, always the same comments but NO action. Paying back the funds takes 5 minutes but they rather steel them.
CLOSE your WIREX account before its to late. Once they close your account the funds are gone. WIREX is pur PONZI robbers and thiefs

Locked my account with no warning for 6 months, constantly asked for updates and got useless replies.
They then unlocked my account, again with no message to inform why, they then locked it again the next day saying they have decided to close my account and that any money should be removed, not sure how I was supposed to do that after they had locked my account?
Definitely the worst service I have experienced since dealing with anything crypto related, they appear to be able to hold on to your money as they see fit, I've already reported them to the ombudsman and will also send details to the financial authorities here in the UK, avoid like the plague, unless you don't care what happens to your money.

Well where do i begin
what an absolute nightmare , what amounts to mental abuse locked out of my account since 17th September,, wrote pretty much everyday without a proper coherent reply ,, for weeks then told my account is now closed due to terms and conditions , but they will not clarify as to why ,, i dont think anyone on here needs to say how much they have lost ,, theft is theft of anyone's funds no matter how big or small ,, i can say as my life situation has changed most of my assets have been put into my crypto accounts with wirex of over 3 years ,, absolutely without issue ,, until the 17th of sep when out of the blue my accounts become blocked for no stated reason to this day ,, now as you can imagine after over three years with wirex without issue you put more trust in them with your funds well i can say from real life experience PLEASE stay away from wirex , i am now into my third month in a new country with 2 dependent children and a partner of over 15 years new resident no employment at the moment no benefits , like totally dependent on my funds and assets with wirex ,, i have a heart condition i need medication for and here i have to pay for my own medication all of which i have explained over these past 9 weeks without access to my funds and assets ,, Please Please help anyone i really need this resolved like yesterday ,, P.S. if there is anyone out there who can help i am open to suggestions nothing to lose as its all with wirex

Wirex is one big scam. They closed my account and will not let me clear out my funds. Right now, they are stealing my Bitcoins.

I'm using Wirex since 2018 never had problems with deposit and withdrawal Crypto and Fiat from the Card or Wallets.

Stay AWAY from Wirex, big scam and NO real help.
They send me this email to day:

had issues entering for several months and then when I was able to enter my account was sitting at 0 because of those fees

Been using the Wirex platform & visa card for 2 years. Fantastic product, support staff are awesome & great prices, plus great rewards!Do not believe in the nay sayers; they are liars & have tried setting up fraudulent accounts but failed, so complaining here!

Staggeringly horrendous customer service!
There is nothing good I can say about this company. It is just bad on every level. If you want to use it for crypto purposes, forget it. They don't support any of the newer chains, so you are stuck with Etherium. They don't even support BSC. Support in general is non-existent actually. As for the actual product and its interface, good luck. Steve Jobs would be laughing his ass off!
