EMPLOYER PURCHASED SOME BOOKS FOR ME. ONE ARRIVED DAMAGED, AND IT WAS SENT DAMAGED AS THE POSTAGE PACKAGING WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. CONTACTED THEM WITH PICTURES, INVOICE ETC, AND NOTHING. THEY ALSO "LOVE" PUTTING THEIR STICKERS ALL OVER YOUR BOOK. RIDICULOUS.
