I recently bought a Cube Reaction 2025 625Wh e-bike from Wirral Wheels for my teenager lad, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The bike itself is absolutely fantastic. It’s a 2025 Cube Reaction with a powerful Bosch Performance Line motor (80Nm) and a 625Wh Bosch PowerTube battery, so it’s a premium-quality electric mountain bike. The condition was exactly as described—immaculate, with only 29 miles on it from new. It came complete with the original key, charger, manuals, and bag, making it feel practically brand new.

What really stood out, though, was Tom. He is genuinely one of the nicest young entrepreneurs I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. His energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism are incredible. He’s got a fantastic attitude, a great soul, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. It’s refreshing to meet a young lad with such drive, ambition, and kindness—he’s definitely going to go far in life.

As a lovely gesture, Tom even threw in an extra bike light free of charge. He didn’t have to do that, but it perfectly sums up the kind of person he is—thoughtful, generous, and customer-focused.

Most importantly, my lad is absolutely over the moon with his new bike. The smile on his face when he saw it was priceless, and he’s completely made up with it.

I would highly recommend Wirral Wheelz LTD to anyone looking for a quality bike and first-class customer service. Thank you, Tom—you’ve made me & one little lad very happy!

If you want to buy a good quality mountain e bike you can't go wrong buying from wirral wheelz .I contacted Tom interested in a Giant e bike he had for sale he told me all about the bike even down to telling me about two minor marks it had after purchasing the bike I don't think I would have noticed them Tom is a really nice guy and honest kept me informed all through the process picked the bike up myself because he was quite local to me even lifted the bike in the car for me five star service would not hesitate to buy again from Tom

I found the whole experience of buying my Electric bike through Wirral Wizz a nice easy smooth transaction. I made an initial enquiry through eBay. Within 30 mins Tom had got back to me we struck a deal. He even arranged a specialist bike courier to have the bike delivered to my front door (even on a Sunday morning) Then afterwards he even followed it up with the offer of help with any issues I might have.
