It has been an amazing journey to find out more about my cats’ DNA. Taking the samples was quick and easy and the results came pretty quickly and they were so interesting and insightful. So glad we did it

I bought the most beautiful rescue puppy we knew he was a staffy cross and had strong ideas on what he was crossed with and wanted to pre empt any problems we may have had as he got older with perceptions of him as a breed, I chose wisdom panel for his DNA test based on what I read and that even the basic package looked at potential genetic problems ( of which he had none) the test proved he isn't a banned breed and he's the most beautiful puppy he's made our lives complete

My dog is a Romanian Rescue so I had no idea of his breed, so to get this insight, and also each breeds traits, personality and possible health problems is wonderful. It is so interesting to find all these things out, and to find members of his family.

The whole process was very easy. The package arrived promptly and the instructions were clear. The results arrived very quickly.

Very happy with this service, purchased on Black Friday and had to post from Dubai, was well worth it! Found out our lovely rescue dogs mix of breeds! Considering it was over Dubai 5 day public holiday, and uk Xmas and new year, the results came back sooner than i expected! Would recommend and use the service again

Great! Fast, efficient and detailed results

Terrible service. I sent off sample on February 17th and it’s now April and I have heard nothing. Starting to think it’s a scam.

We sent our DNA in at the end of December 2025 and have had nothing back. Is this a scam?

They “retired” my report without notifying me before or after. “Retired” is not explained anywhere on their site, so I contacted customer service. They explained when they recently updated their process they had to get rid of old reports. They also falsely claimed that was explained in their FAQs(it isn’t). I bought my test in 2015 and my dog is still alive but my report isn’t. When I said what they told me didn’t make sense(why didn’t they notify people after their reports were deleted) they referred me to the terms of contract that they can delete reports whenever they want. They never could refer me to a FAQ that explained “retired.”

It was a fairly smooth, timely process, although the logging in process could have been simpler perhaps. I am not 100% sure about whether the DNA test was accurate, but I sent no photograph and the results seemed plausible.

The service was excellent, sending me another pack when I messed up the first one.
However, I was disappointed with the results - I have 2 dogs , one of them had 23 breeds in, and the other 25. Some years ago a friend had a dog which was declared a 'Supermutt', as there were so many breeds, and she was given a refund. Some of the breeds were so obscure, and some bore no resemblance to my dogs.
