Goods didn't arrive, unable to track using number supplied. Goods hadn't been dispatched at all. Waiting for display stand.
Eventually arrived, outer packaging in terrible condition.
Display stand not up to standard. Not strong enough for the amount of stock.

Wendy, we're truly sorry to hear about this after two months. The company that made our display has since redesigned a new one, which we'll be sending out within the next 10 days. It appears that the outer packaging was damaged by the courier, and our supplier did send out a replacement soon after. Please give us a call when you can – we genuinely want to ensure we're meeting your expectations and are here to make it right.
