Well handled complaint
I ordered some beer which had fermented a bit more in the can and sprayed foam everywhere when I opened a can. While not ideal, things like this happen. How you deal with it is the main thing, and it was handled superbly. I was promptly given credit greater than the value of the original order, which was all I could ask for really. Excellent service and I'll definitely be using them again.
