Highly recommend and would refer Wise Bathrooms. From planning to fix stages with bathroom fitter and completion of family bathroom, staff have been excellent in great honest advice and seamless service. They also accommodated minor changes we faced during install. They care more for the customer first then the spend. Highly appreciated and well done to the team for a first class experience at a cost effective spend.

Dealing with Taj was good experience. he managed to sort out my orders very well . I highly recommended him.

I ordered three taps on the 21st of October. I was told it’s gonna be here in seven to ten days today is the 23rd of November I did not receive my one taps they never answer the phone. It’s a really really bad service in that place

Easy to deal with and reasonable price for a good product. A couple of minor improvements would help; publish hours of business on website and also make it clear where to pick items up from. I went to Weir St rather than the warehouse initially.

Item I ordered had been hard to find locally. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but that was advised on the ordering page and I received updates and tracking info. Arrived very well-packed and as described. Good price point.

They’re don’t answer phone and email,
My items missing part they they don’t bother

I had a big delay in the delivery of my bathroom tap - that was due to a manufacturers problem. However Wise ultimately took it on themselves to make up for the delayed delivery.

I would like to Thank Taj (Wise Bathroom Chat) who helped us and solved the problem with missing handles for the drawers.
Again, we are very grateful as we tried a few times before and we have been promised that these will be sent, however we never received them. Until Taj sorted this out for us.

Product was delivered extremely well packaged.

My shower enclosure finally arrived today (26/10/23) after paying for it on 4/9/23. It was pure luck that someone was in when the delivery arrived - no prior warning was given and the promised phone call never materialised. No explanation has been given to me for the delay. This purchase has been my worst customer service experience ever and I will never use Wise Bathrooms again. Emails from them have been brief, vague and unsigned. Getting through on their phone line is very difficult and on at least 4 occasions I have given up after more than 10 minutes on hold. I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.
