a little Trickier to install than I thought. Seemed loose as if it was going to come apart during the night, but it has held for 2 nights. So far, I am very pleased.

If there were negative options I would…

If there were negative options I would choose that. I paid for an order I never received. I reached out to customer service and they told me to follow up with the post office to find out where they delivered it, to search my yard behind bushes I don’t have and then to go to all of my neighbors homes to ask if they had it. Unacceptable, they never offered a refund or replacement. No proof of delivery on their part like with other delivery services. They didn’t do anything to correct this issue. I’ll never order from them again. Terrible experience.

I ordered the gift card books back at…

I ordered the gift card books back at the beginning of August. They still have not arrived. I contacted the company 3 times, and received only one email back a month later saying it was still processing. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. I feel like that are a scam.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!
First order from Wisebook and after I made the purchase they charged my account a sizable amount more than the time of purchase. I contacted them immediately (with in 10 min to cancel and they claimed it had already shipped. When I received it 2 weeks later and tried to contact for a return label I got no response.
