I purchased 3 tshirts all up sized by 2 & 3 sizes what I received 3 tshirts that would barely fit a child let alone a full grown man!!! Typical Chinese company ripping off North American people!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will scam you and rip you off!!!!!

Awful product, awful customer service. Just cheap junk from China.

If you buy a heated shawl, they give you a cheaper option to order without a power bank. They say one is "recommended", but not necessary. However, it doesn't work without one - WHY EVEN GIVE THE OPTION TO BUY THIS JUNK WITHOUT ONE??

When I asked customer service to help return one, they declined and didn't help at all.

Complete rip off, products not as shown, do not waste your time.....

terrible quality. not American sizing. Its just a t shirt, I didn't think this a t shirt could be this bad. A well built website meant to sell Chinese crap to rip off Americans. This should be illegal, you tube should be held accountable for allowing them to advertise.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought the plastic canister mentioned in previous review.
Extremely disappointed with the quality, and the patterned I received wasn't the one I ordered.
After 4 emails of requesting a refund, the company did give me 40% back .
I was offered the full amount but would have to send item back, and the cost of sending the item back was £16 , which would mean only getting 40% back
I also went through Paypal to get a full refund (as legally entitled to) but they said it would take time to investigate, so I accepted 40°
My honest review is steer well clear of this company.

Did not back up their return and refund policy. I paid $31 and received a $12 refund. The items I bought were two Bells commemorating our $250 years. The lettering was illegible to read. The coloring and painting was illegible to read.

The product we received is not the quality that was stated. We offered to return for a refund. They offered a 10% refund. Seriously, not ok.

The quality of a T-shirt I bought was cheaper than I thought possible. Burn marks on the shirt from attaching the iron-on decal, no silk screening. A "final offer" of 20% for returning the item. Avoid this company unless you enjoy throwing your money away.

We received a men's "large" t-shirt, which was intended to be a Christmas gift for a friend - only to have it show up in what seems like a youth large shirt, at best. We requested a refund and the ability to ship this back only to realize that the most they will refund me is 30%. This is a total rip off and I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Terrible experience. Do not buy from this website. I ordered a shall, my wife did not like it or the quality, I contacted for a refund within the first 7 days of refund policy for a full refund no questions asked and they are trying to bargain with me about percentages and special offers vs refunding me even though their policy states otherwise. DO NOT BUY from these Shopify websites that take temu and alibaba products and upcharge them for a profit.

Ordered on 25th November and paid extra for "Worry-Free Purchase". 18th December and I still have not received the items I ordered.

I bought a 15 oz. coffee mug and a 3XL t-shirt. I'm keeping the mug which is fine. A bit pricey though. The t-shirt is another issue. I tried it on and it was tight around the chest, shoulders and arms. I'm 5'9" and weigh 325 lbs. One week ago I ordered Fruit of the Loom t-shirts off Amazon that were 3XL and they were big on me; plenty of room everywhere. This t-shirt from Wisegardens.com was cheap quality. I don't know what it was made out of because there was no care tag on it. The address for this company: 1991 Hickory Tree Lane, Tallahassee Florida 32303-2667, comes back as a 4-bedroom, 3 bath residence. Owner's name is Carmela. She sent me an email reply after I inquired why my items were flying to China. I was reading the tracking details.

I have emailed her today, 12-15-2025, about returning the shirt which cost me about $19.50. After reading these reviews, I think I might just write off the t-shirt as a loss and a lesson. My suggestion is to leave this company alone.

I ordered the waterproof and thermal gloves. They were soaked and freezing 10 minutes into wear in the rain and worse than my usual gloves. I brough this to their attwntion and they would not refund me more than 30% and returns elicit fees. Rediculous. You're better off not wearing anything at all, it's a much cheaper option.

I ordered their „Ultimate Waterproof & Windproof Thermal Gloves“ (the ones from the ads) from their website and while the price wasn’t amazing, and it took a while to ship, I was pleasantly surprised by the gloves which actually lived up to most of the promises made by the company.

I think at the very least, the gloves were worth it. I’ve heard bad things about other items though.

I‘m just some guy in Canada, and I saw an AD for their „Ultimate Waterproof & Windproof Thermal Gloves“ since it’s very cold up here (obv)

I was totally expecting to be disappointed, especially considering that the price was iffy, but after receiving them, I was pleasantly surprised.

They do keep my hands pretty warm, even after digging my hands into snow and touching cold metal. The gloves aren’t „waterproof“ though, except for the dorsal side.

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews for other products on this site, but at the very least I would recommend the gloves from the AD

The items sold on this site are of very poor quality. Literally like dollar store quality for high end prices. They do not honor the return policy. YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Do not be scammed. AVOID THIS SITE

Ordered "Pot with an attitude". Don't waste your money or expect quality. The picture is great but the product leaves a lot to the imagination.

I ordered one of the sassy canisters for my daughter. On the website they looked like really good quality ceramic canisters, but what arrived was an expensive piece of plastic, with a top that is difficult to remove. It is absolute rubbish, and alarm bells rang when the courier handed me a box, with no weight to it at all. I am furious about it.

Ordered 4 Sassy Canisters for $29.99 each for holiday gifts. The photos featured pretty, glazed quality looking items. What arrived was cheap, lightweight (think Dollar Store) badly stamped plastic. I wouldn't have spent $.99 on these things. I also ordered a rose gold figet ring for my daughter. What arrived was an empty ring box with crumpled cardboard. When I emailed the company, Gmail said they have blocked all emails. Total scam. I'm out over $120.00.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase from your company on or around Oct 11, 2025. The products were of poor quality, comparable to thrift store items—and the lids did not fit properly. Additionally, there appears to be no way to contact your company except through this review.
I urge your company to address these issues by improving product quality and customer communication. While I do not seek compensation currently, I want other consumers to be aware of my experience.
