The support agents on here are just genuinely so knowledgeable and helpful. Something I would have 0 clue how to fix and they know just how to help. Honestly allot of the fun I've had with my WiseHosting server was really only possible because of the support people they have.

Apart from the stellar costumer support, the server is never buggy, hardly ever runs slow, never crashes unless I cause it. Honestly y'all are doing everything right here.

niche host website, insane how its not insanely popular and reccomended by all the big dudes (Sorta, but kinda reasonably) pricey but its worth it, its not like all of those other companies.. cough cough shockbyte that rip the money out of your cold dead hands and give you nothing in return.. but yea its great

Been running my server and have had no issues! Starting the server takes less than 15 seconds, which is pretty fast compared to other hosts. The built in tools and GUI are really nice. They take a bit to get used to (Like most things) but once you learn the layout, its a breeze! Prices are pretty average. The addons aren't necessary for a good experience which is always nice. I feel like most hosts hide important tools (Ddos Protection Especially) behind an extra paywall, which they don't! Definitely a customer for life if this keeps up! lol. Thank you!

Normally I would not write a review however they responded in 2 hours to a hosting problem and fixed it so cleanly! The sign up process was also simple the the UI is easy! I will be using them whenever I need to have a server till the day I die or stop playing,

the server pannel is amazing and the player manegment helps if people are doing illigal glitches and the ease of addind datapacks and mods help i read your reply wisehosting and i think someone should be on emails

I think one of the best and most prominent features that WiseHosting offers, is their incredibly fast and friendly customor support. The hosting service is probably not the most beginner friendly, as it is a bit hard to navigate trough (especially with Plug-Ins and Mods) but the Support Team is very dedicated and helped me trough a lot of the first struggles. They are an absolute delight to interact with and solve issues fast and efficent. The servers themselves have been working really well for me and my players. I plan on keep using WiseHosting in the future!
