Can't get hold of anyone

Can't get hold of anyone. The only way to speak to them is through a chatbot. It takes probably 10 minutes of questions to get through, but then you are in a queue for approximately 40 minutes. Before someone tell you "thanks for waiting" and no further response. Absolutely useless! You get no service out of them whatsoever.

auto renewal notice from Wiser choice

I had a auto renewal notice from Wiser Choice for my motorbike. I tried for over an hour to try and cancel the auto renewal but couldn't find a way to do it on their company portal. Eventually managed to get onto a chat line. I tried this many times but had an oops this doesn't seem to be working notice from them. The chat line with Amanda was the final straw I asked for Amanda to send me a confirmation email that my Auto renewal had been cancelled. Amanda said she couldn't do this and said she send me a message. No message came through. I emailed Wiser Choice and recieved a convoluted response that said my insurance with them had lapsed? this was on the 2nd Oct 2025. I replied and said I was insured with them until my policy ran out on Oct 24th 2025. No replies...The company has problems. I'd hate to think what would happened if I had made a claim. I've lost a months insurance as well!!!!

Make a wise choice and make it not this…

Make a wise choice and make it not this company , totally vile to speak to , emails bounce back . Proof of no claims were never asked for and when we said we had 16 yrs and sent them they said we would only give you 9 yrs back , but if my wife earned the 16 yrs surely she entitled to have them back, down right horrible people to speak to avoid at all cost
