Sneakily began charging me $40 a month after already paying $10 for a one time plan. Untrustworthy, conniving, low-down type of people and business.

I can't rate it if I can't find it to use it. Where is it, and why does it not stay where I can find it, identify it, and use it. I think these companies disappear on you hoping they can get your money every month for years and you will forget.

I would put zero stars if I could. Felt that the trial was NOT as transparent as it should have been If Im entering into a trial I would not expect to be offered and charged a massive $17.99 for some ebooks that I don't want. With NO opportunity for refund. Very dissatisfied.

I subscribed to a plan at a minimal fee for a trial period, did not use the application even once, and forgot to cancel the subscription. I was subsequently charged in full for a quarterly subscription, and the company is unwilling to issue a refund for this amount, despite the fact that I did not access the application even once.

It was very good information. I always have felt I need proper guidance for the way my brain is wired. It tells me I'm alright. I just need to do things a bit differently.❤️

This app supposedly helps with ADD so that's who they market to. I barely used it during the trial period. Then they refuse to refund your money when it "auto-renews". Most people only realize it is renewing when they see the charge. They then claim it is too late and refuse a refund. Thanks for robbing me because I have ADD when you claim to be helping us.

I signed up for a trial that I thought was for a Web app. I ended up with a subscription to a mobile only app.
I never activated my account - despite getting reminders to activate, I was still charged from the point of signing up for the trial. If you dig around in some hyperlinks in an initial email there are T&Cs around a full subscription - but it is not obvious unless you click into the hyperlinks.
Cancellation was confirmed on 23 April, but I was still charged now on 28 April.
Support has a total uncompromising stance to refunds even if you never activated your trial/account.
I have ended up paying for 3 months despite not activating my account or installing the app.
This is unnecessary hostility and paints the picture of a company intent on making money at all costs as opposed to being reasonable.

Wisey has clearly constructed directives that and methods that are sensible to understand behaviors and how to help deal with them.

The test shows high levels of ADHD even though I answered mostly never and rarely for anxiety or disorganised behavior.
I seldom have those symptoms.

Some how they got me to accept a $69.99 subscription, and yet I have no account with them through my email.
