They have great customer service

They have great customer service. Although they can't provide exactly what the customer requested, they find alternative solutions to resolve their issues. Non the less I don't really have any complaints. Thank you!

Amazing customer service

I purchased the Wisey 4 weeks plan and…

I purchased the Wisey 4 weeks plan and chose to pay via Apple Pay. I ONLY approved the original amount of $9.99 in Apple Pay.

After that, I was redirected to a page with an “unlock” button and something about a “book bundle”. Without any clear warning, it turns out I had apparently “agreed” to an ADDITIONAL charge of $17.99 - which I NEVER approved through Apple Pay.

On top of that, within minutes I was charged an additional $1 FOUR times, again without any authorization from me whatsoever.

There is zero transparency. I cannot see what I actually paid for, and there was no clear confirmation of any additional purchases. The extra charges are completely unexplained.

I contacted customer service immediately and clearly stated multiple times that I did NOT approve these charges. They did absolutely nothing to help. No refund was offered, only some useless offer of free ebooks instead.

Completely unacceptable behavior. This feels like a scam. Stay away.

Update April 14: They replied: “I am very sorry if this charge was unexpected and caused confusion. (…) Our records show that the payment was authorised with the payment details provided.” I then requested clear proof of the Apple Pay authorization for each transaction, which they have not provided.

Update April 22: They don’t respond to any of my e-mails and I have still not received a refund.

This stuff is a scam that tries to get you

This stuff is a scam that tries to get you with a free trial that auto renewed for a crazy up charge (for me they charged me $69.99 per month!). It is not worth it if they do not back their product with a money back guarantee. Find a trusted program that stands by their product with confidence that it works. This program probably hopes you forget about it, to then charge people with ADHD with a crummy service they never bought into. When I emailed to cancel they basically said, “sorry you gave us your bank account information so that means we can charge you, but don’t worry we will cancel you after taking your money and send you all this useless crap that we upsell for a few months so we can use your banking information to charge you more in the future like we did this last time.” I wish they would be human and humane, but this company doesn’t seem to care about it’s brand and product enough to back it with a policy that makes people trust the product by extending this refund for a system that was not used at all.

App was solid

App was solid. Pricing a bit confusing and the add ons were a bit pricy and easy to unintentionally add them. I ended up cancelling my subscription, and the support team was excellent. Very timely and efficient.
