Do not use. waited for 2 months for an item and everything in shipped from China. It eventually arrived but wrong item and really poor quality. It's a scam website where the photos look great but quality of item is rubbish.

Do not be fooled into these bargains they are trash when you ask for a refund you are given the runaround,you have been warned.

If I could give Wish zero starts I would. DO NOT USE!

My account was hacked and orders appeared (against my credit card!!!!). No one at Wish was at all concerned. They basically did nothing. Their whole system is insecure. They did not investigate how and when my account had been hacked, they did not cancel the unauthorised orders.
I am leaving this message everywhere so people know how crappy Wish is and how unconcerned they are about security! People got access TO MY CREDIT CARD! Unbelievable. Very unhappy.

Ordered 5 items, none of them turned up after two months. Got a refund on 3 items, other two pie in the sky.

I bought several pairs ear rings they fell apart in my hand as I opened the packet.

I’ve tried different products and non of them did what they should.

I recently ordered a plastic cover for my MacBook Air, but when it arrived it was 2 inches too big. It was confirmed by Wish that I had orderly correctly and that a refund would be issued when the item was returned. 2 links were sent to me to confirm the refund, but they did not work. A third was sent which gave me the option of ordered by mistake or never mind. It was also clearly stated that instructions would go to my email. I am still waiting. It is a scam. DO NOT USE. I failed at the first hurdle but going with a cheap price and not checking Trustpilot. I have now lost £11.00 not a great amount, but looking at all the other complaints and their money, collective it will be a big amount that Wish is making on selling inferior goods.

DEFFINATELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM..... (Wish) THEY ARE THIEVES, WILL NOT REFUND UNWANTED WRONG SIZE GOODS, THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BAND FROM TRADING>

Bought Coco Chanel perfume 100ml for £62 and a month later received a bottle of fake pink water from Turkey. Seller will not refund, WISH never reply. SCAM. Can someone please shut this company down, how can they get away with it for so long to so many.

Terrible automated customer service . Items never arrived. Dishonest pricing policy ...High shipping cost and no come back if wrong item is sent or item is lost .I stopped buying .

Ordered a pair if boots, they are too small, tried to return, they say it doesn't meet their return policy, what a joke! They are beyond being as unhelpful as possible, they offer a 30 day money back guarantee but won't act on it. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE FRAUDS! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, contacting them is ridiculous, NEVER AGAIN! NEVER KNOWN A COMPANY LIKE THEM!

Have been trying to return wrong size golf shoes. Can't get past customer services always same reply, get back within 3 days, no follow up

Advertising much stuff but never have the product. Don't buy from them.

I've ordered two smartphones from them over the last two months. The first one was nothing like the phone in the advert, I complained and eventually got a refund. Foolishly I doubled down and bought another smartphone for double the value. This arrived and once again it was not the advertised phone.... I'm talking about getting a quad core cpu with 2GB of ram when they advertise it as a deca core cpu with 16GB of ram..... Now, it's been well over two weeks since I asked for a refund for their fraudulently advertised product and I keep getting asked to wait 48 hours....

Don't waste your time or money.....

The goods were delivered in a timely fashion but they were nothing like the advertised picture, and details. It was very confusing to order because there were 4 choices all with the same picture. I was refunded all my money and they didn’t want the goods back. Not a great deal of help when you have wasted 4 weeks all in all. My advice do not trust what is in the pictures and if you do buy then complain and you will get your money back. Item was a Cellphone Gimbal.

Long waiting time for totally inferior products. Ordered “my perfect eyes “which is nothing more than a tiny sample size of a moisturiser. Was quoted “As Seen on Tv”. Don’t be taken in by these Chinese inferior goods and claims NO listed ingredients making it a dangerous exercise when applying to your skin would rate zero stars if option was available

I ordered two motorcycle headlight covers from WISH and the charged me for a pair of sunglasses I never ordered.
Promising that the 30 day cancellation policy was in place. Never got one single reply back from this waste of space of a company. Some one needs to bring out a vaccine against this excuse for a business ! How on earth this drivel of a organisation is allowed to continue trading with its disgusting rating is beyond me.
DO NOT touch them with even with gloves on !

Do not buy from them. Sent wrong item then refused to accept it was wrong. Their customer support is clearly not their to offer any help, but simply to fob people off.

Bought itsms did not arrive offered replacement but all out of stock i lost my money is there not a law against this
