What is worst? Buying from this bad company or taking a slow boat to China. Wish is a wish.

I never received my product. Costumer support was just stalling. I received the same messages over and over again. Every time I asked for a refund of the money I was ignored and a new service agent started the same conversation from scratch.

Horrible! No matter how good the price seems, it is not worth the risk.

I was ripped off too. Never received my order.

NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 1.5 YEARS, NOW THE SITE IS DOWN. TAKEN MY RM200+. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. TAKE MONEY FROM U.

They didnt answer for any of my messages.
I send my money and... nothing. No product, no money, no messages.
STAY AWAY FROM WISHADDICT.

I did get my products, but two of them arrived broken. The support has said from the beginning that they will fix this, but now after 7-8 months and maybe 10-15 reminders nothing is fixed and they've stopped answering. They don't even try to sort this out. Stay away from them.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASE, THEY NEVER ASK MY EMAILS OR GIVE ME ANY SOLUTIONS. I HAVE ASK FOR A REFUND MANY TIMES , BUT NOTHING HAPPENS, LOUSY SERVICE!!!!

I REALLY THINK THAT THIS WEBPAGE ITS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and the least professional. It took 2 months to get product ( which was faulty) and I did not get bonus they offered when I made the purchase. They said they would replace faulty headphones and would give a partial refund which I am still waiting for both 4 months later. They don’t keep records of any tracking numbers for shipping so there is no way to check. They will be reported to the BBB ( (Better Business Bureau) so anyone who checks will know what they will be dealing with before they decide to buy anything.

Really bad, I work hard everyday to make money and they just dont care about me, They answer me really late and they always come up with stories, What can i do?? Sadly i didnt pay with pay-pal as i usually do, i did order the Egg cooker and they gave me a tracking number which worked only for 2 days.Im dissapointed and i need someones help to really file a huge complaint

Over 3 months and still have not received my merchandise. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Almost 2 months after ordering my ezyEggs thingy, I still haven't received them. I get some robotic idiot saying the same thing when I get on FB messenger. This is a bad site to buy anything. Expensive lesson learnt. Always read reviews for the site before buying anything online.

Update:. 5th April
So, after all the endless yelling via email and FB messenger, I finally get my product. In a plastic wrap and chucked into a tattered box. No accompanying information leaflet, nothing!
Definitely not worth the money!

Just like all the other reviews, months after ordering I have not received anything.....when contacting customer services all you get back is standard email saying your ticket is closed!!! What's the good of that when they have failed to resolve anything? The tracking number is useless and not recognised by the carrier. I have contacted customer services numerous times always with the same result - nothing.

How can Facebook allow a company like this to trade on their site??? They should be doing something about this!!

Unbelievably crap company. Damaged frying pan arrived nearly a year ago. All I get is ticket closed. No replacement. I do believe it is run by mindless robots. Never ever use them please.

At the moment that I write this comment, I still not receive my merchandise since a month. I wrote to them by email and they replied and closed the ticket at the same time.The tracking they send me when i ordered, is not longer valid.

Ordered headphones in November still not received despite assurances by email they were on the way. now website shut down so am out $60 .
no more ordering online , back to the bricks and mortar stores

It is a scam!!!

I ordered a coffee mug (!) one month before Christmas 2017. We're in spring time heading towards April 2018 and still nothing delivered! The only thing theyre good at is spamming your mail box full of promotion.

And if you have a complaint.... Excuses from Rozanne Mandapat, excuses from Genelyn Camp, we gonna sort it out. "We will contact the Order Fulfillment Team and let you know." 35 days later... still NO UPDATE.

Just send my #### coffee mug or re-send a new one if the other one is still stuck in China. BUT DO SOMETHING except typing empty excuses for 4 months. I didn't order an SUV. It's a coffee mug for Gods' sake.

Luckily I get my money refunded by PayPal.
Indeed, Pee Addict didn't want to refund my money even after 3 months of waiting. Like I'm gonna wait 5 more years until they have sorted shtt out. Facepalm much.

At the moment that I write this comment, their website is entire not available and I still not receive my merchandise since a month. I wrote to them by email and they replied and closed the ticket and send me back a wrong tracking number, the same number in the notification just after the payment which is never work.

This is the worst internet company I have dealt with. I am still awaiting for a pair of headphone some 6 months after they took the money from my card for this item. I have chased them twice and they blame the caerrier and say the item is on its way and then close the ticket.
I cant work our whether they are crooks or just totally inefficient ????
You buy modern tecjnology but when it arrives it will be 12 months out of date...

After waiting for my order for over 3 months I still don't have it and have no idea when I "might" receive it. Not a good place to order anything. At this point I feel my money has been taken with no hope of ever receiving my order. :!(
