Shipping took way to long
Some items were way to small

Everything was beautiful selection was amazing everything was price respectfully order was delivered on point and I just love ordering from wish crystals!

I love the prices and selection. My Orgonite Octagon Pyramids were more beautiful than I had anticipated. I also especially liked the Chakra stone bonded double terminated wands. I am ordering more of these tonight. The Black aura quartz wrapped pendants

I love the products and the delivery time was great

First order and the items received were what was ordered. It was a quick shipment, I wasn't waiting for weeks for the items. Very happy, I would order again.

Very disappointed 😔 75% of my order was rust or damaged.. bad condition of those items are impossible to sell. The shape is distorted and color are not in there original state. I ask help from customer service for reimbursement at least of the damaged items since i have paid already a lot for shipping and duty to get there product

I received my crystals and they are perfect! I love them for our swag bag events.

Prices are reasonable and items well packed.

I’m just not fond of some of the business practices this business uses. When questions were raised about the efficacy of one of their orgonite products, I was met with responses that were entirely unhelpful in addressing my concerns. While you may use the same materials as real orgonite, you do not use the right quantities to make it effective orgonite, as it doesn’t pass any of the nine tests for real orgonite. And further you basically lied when you said it was shipped as it didn’t ship till days later

Haven’t received my order still waiting for it to get to USA— no updates yet been 10 days I guess — hope I get it in July— the term slow boat from China sounds about right.. update when my items arrive

I have not received my complete order and the lack of communication on this is not professional.

Product seem to be Amazing, already made a 2nd order

My first order was great, and everything came without a problem withing the given time frame. Customer service was very responsive.

I decided to give them another try given the great experience I had. This time it was like I was shopping in a whole other store. I passed my order and contacted them to know when they expected it to be shipped and received. I got a response that my order would ship on November 9th and received by the 16th. That was perfect for me since my items were needed at the latest by the 24th and set to ship on the 28th.

My order was finally shipped on the 12th, which was also ok given the dates needed. I hadn't received my order yet and I got another email on November 17th saying they had now shipped my order. I was confused, so I wrote to them asking why I was getting another shipping message? Did they split my order? Was it going to arrive on time?

I didn't get a response. I received my shipment, and it was incomplete which explained the 2nd email. When I tracked it, it showed being delivered for November 29th. Which wasn't good at all for what I needed the items for.

I wrote back to check if all the missing items would be in the next shipment and to see if they could get the box here on the requested dates. No answer...

I called their customer service number, a lady answered but advised me that she was only a receptionist. That she would advise the right person for them to call me back. that never happened!

So, I decided to write to them on the chat on their website. Still no response. I got quite angry and annoyed at them because at this point, I had no clue if they could speed up the process nor what was coming.

I had employees scheduled to come in and pack and if the items weren't going to arrive on time, I would have to purchase others. I tried reaching out to them one more time. Still no response… I couldn’t take any chances so; I purchased replacements for the missing items to make sure my orders went out on time.

I finally received the order on November 25th. I am now out 465$ because I purchased replacements because NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS OVER THERE. I am more than pissed because as a small store owner this is a lot of money which comes directly out of my family’s income.

These people take great care when you first purchase to get you to come back but don’t care about you or your needs afterwards. Another company that is out there to just make money! I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEM TO SMALL STORE OWNERS. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP!

Products received are low quality. Many products were broken, missing a couple items, and many were scratched and scuffed up and looked extremely cheap.

When can I expect to receive my order or notification that it left India

I AM MOST SATISFIED WITH MY BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM WISH CRYSTAL. ALL MY QUERIES WAS PROMPTLY ANSWERED. I WILL PURCHASE AGAIN WHEN I NEED RESTOCKING FROM THEM. I AM HAPPY TO GIVE WISH CRYSTAL A "5 STARS" FOR THE OVERALL VALUE RECEIVED BECAUSE I GOT EVERYTHING FROM THEIR SALE MENU.

Re Order 1869, we are missing 19 our of 20 PN256. Item PY1226, we ordered 3 in Black Tourmaline and got only 1, the other 2 are incorrect. Who do we contact to get this resolved???
