The service in my area is slow

The service in my area is slow. They don’t offer a higher speed in my area. As a household with multiple devices, constant buffering is a big issue. And it seems to have a peak time when the connection slows down.

Randomly lose service

Randomly lose service, such as now 7/27/21, 2115, without notice for hours to 24+ hours at a time with no cares from the company. Pretty much the only provider in my rural area. Even had to build a 22 foot tower to get their service! And still randomly no service at all!

It seems like our Wi-Fi is out 50% of the time. I am always calling to inquire what is going on or having some serviceman come out especially this past month. I really hope I'm not charged a full month's billing cycle when I did not receive a full month worth of Internet services. If we had other options around my area to go with, I would probably leave wisper..

Your office support was helpful - and once again needed.

Your office support group was able to tell me what I had received was a suspicious, unwanted email.

I need you to check to see why nearly half of the emails sent from our email address end up in the receivers spam or junk box - sometimes even when we are replying to their email.
