Deutscher Support kann man vergessen.
Ich habe mich registriert, eine Schulung gemacht und danach 89€ gezahlt für ein lebenslangen Zugriff. Ich habe mein Passwort vergessen und will dieses zurücksetzen aber seit 4 Tagen erhält man die Fehlermeldungen 500. Es passiert nichts, seitens Wisstor auch keine Rückmeldung per Email obwohl ich die schon 6 mal angeschrieben habe plus ein Ticket.
Update 8.7.2026
Nachdem ich die Muttergesellschaft angeschrieben habe, da deren Seite funktioniert, habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten mit einen funktionierenden Link zum Zurücksetzen des Passwortes. Unfassbar der deutsche Support, bis heute keine Antwort auf die E-Mails.
