I have been a customer of this brand for years and only just leaving a review! love their products they are so kind to the skin yet highly effective! Better than more expensive items on the market!

I have been using this skin care for maybe 4 or 5 years now. The range is brilliant, works wonders and now my eldest is using it too.
The customer service side of Witches Lab is outstanding. Had a slight mix up on my latest order and it was corrected immediately and new order received the next working day. Always receive a warm and speedy response to any communication, updates on orders etc. Highly recommend Witches Lab to anyone!

i have struggled with my skin since i was a teenager and still do now or did until i started using these products i am 40 with pcos and acne scars and my skin has never looked so nice :) i get compliments now. i have never had any issues with customer service or delivery times :) wont use anything else on my skin now especially the moisturiser

I have been using witches lab products since they first started and the moisturiser and flannel are absolute musts for any skincare routine. More recently I have been using their new eye gel and it is so cooling under the eye and the applicator is perfect. I have never had any issues with delivery or contacting customer service and considering this is a small family run business this means a lot.

I would like to start this review by saying their products are phenomenal and have, over the years, cleared by acne scarring, however whilst I am a huge fan of their products, their customer service is terrible. I have been ordering from this company since maybe 2018, however in recent years every time I try to order, my order never shows. I try to reach out via email as it states at the end of all their order confirmation emails. I don't receive a response and then attempt to reach out via Instagram. Again, unanswered. The only way to get a response is by going through PayPal to claim the money back. I actually make a point of using PayPal with this company due to the issues with dispatch and delivery, as I don't believe I would receive a refund otherwise. Most recently I placed an order 23rd February. It's now 19th March, no dispatch email, no reply to 2 emails and the message sent on Instagram has been read and left so. I truly hate to tarnish the reputation of a family run company, however, this is an issue that needs reviewing immediately.

Cannot recommend this small business enough. I came across Witches Lab on Instagram and have been following their page for a while. I recently had a baby who has eczema which is caused by allergies and have been looking for a cream to help as I want to avoid steroid creams where possible. Prior to using the secret formula I tried using Kokoso coconut oil, Kokoso stick balm, Vaseline, E45 and aveeno… all of which made NO impact on the irritation or appearance. I was dubious to try this cream as it’s not a known big brand but I took the plunge and ordered because of their reviews and I was sick of nothing working. After applying the cream in a small amount to the irritated area numerous times a day it is now noticeably clearer and my daughter scratches it so much less. As we are still getting to the bottom on her allergies the eczema is still there but this cream keeps it at bay and makes it look so much better. My partner ordered Burt Bees baby balm as was reluctant to use the cream despite it working and thought that this would get rid of the underlying eczema but low and behold the redness came back almost immediately and my baby was so irritated as kept rubbing her forehead on us and scratching it again so we have resulted in going back to the witches lab secret formula.

Also on another note their customer service is great. When I ordered the product initially the packaging was damaged which was clearly caused in transport however when I contacted them they were quick to send a 1st class replacement tub and included a few little bits like a cloth and spatulas which I thought was so sweet as this is a small business and this is ultimately coming out of their profits!

I wanted to review this product after using it for a little while to give a true and honest review of the product. I will definitely be repurchasing once this tub comes to an end.

I have been using Witches Lab products for over a year now and I can honestly say it is the best skincare for my skin. I have tried a lot of other skincare routines and they do not compare to the products from Witches Lab.

I have been using Witches Lab products for 2 years now and I will never use another skincare brand again! My skin has never looked or felt better and I recommend the products to family/friends any time I get the chance because I really do think they are great. I started off using the 4 step routine and then added on the eye cream, then the serum which I've tried 2 different types of, and now I use the face masks every weekend. Its not a complicated skincare routine at all and I really see the benefits of each step. I can't sing this brands praise enough :)

I love the cream Chole's secret formula, that's the only cream that removed almost all my rosacea.
Gemma the owner of witches lab, is really amazing with her customers, she listens to them carefully, is very reactive if an issue occurs and always friendly. I highly recommend the whole brand 😊

I’ve been using this skincare since 2020 and it has been the only thing to clear my acne prone skin. I absolutely love all the products and I’ve built up such a collection! If you’re thinking of trying please do, you won’t regret it. The flannels are a MUST they are incredible and another of my faves is the lip balm. My skincare routine is so simple & quick and the results speak for themselves really! The customer service is also outstanding! I won’t use anything else now :)

Love these products, delivery is always so quick

I have been using these products for years now and they have completely cleared up my skin.
I used to use nIP N fab and even more expensive brands but they were harsh and didnt include high quality ingredients that actually helped your skin unlike witches lab ingredients which are extremely high quality and an affordable price! My skin care routine is now super simple, the serums are amazing and Chloe's secret formula helps with blemishes and even my fiance's eczema cleared up! highly recommend!

I have now been purchasing from Witches Lab for nearly two years. I have been an eczema sufferer since birth and for quite a few years before discovering Witches Lab I was struggling a lot to manage it. I first ordered the Four Step Routine which has now become a favourite routine. The Chloe's Secret Formula cream has been so soothing and nourishing for my skin. No longer do I look like a monster during the summer. Recently I made a purchase to replenish my cream and chamomile tonic, unfortunately there was an accidental mix up and I never received the tonic. I emailed Gemma at Witches Lab straight away and she apologised and promised to send one out straight away. Not only did I receive that promptly but she also sent me the super size version when I'd only ordered the normal size. For a small business I would understand questioning and wanting proof when I made a claim not to receive my full order but Gemma has provided excellent customer service as well as creating an excellent product that I simply cannot imagine life without. Thank you very much Witches Lab. I continue to have good skin days thanks to you.

Gemma the owner of witches lab is fantastic, she always goes above and beyond for her customers and nothing is too much trouble.

I have been using the Chloe’s secret formula since it launched, and it’s a staple product I always go back to. The quality of product you get for the price is fantastic and will always win me over.

I use the chamomile water, sensitive skin serum and moisturiser morning and night, and it goes on great under make up.

The products are suitable for sensitive skin and are none comedogenic which is important for me as I can react to products easy and get spots.

Keep up the great work Gemma, you have a lifelong customer in me!

I have been ordering from here for years , they are a small family business. Their delivery times can sometimes be super quick but sometime I have waited around a week but I am happy to wait as I love the products so much.
