Great customer service
I ordered some Christmas gifts for the wife. All but 1 were delivered no problems and are very good quality. The products are exactly as described and pictured and I'm very happy with them, and the wife will be too on Christmas day!
One item was delivered to the wrong address by Evri and went missing. Having said this, customer service was excellent throughout and I was offered a refund or a replacement. Extremely refreshing to have such great customer service from a company I have never ordered from before -- I will definitely be ordering again after this positive experience (apart from Evri)

Spent hours on this site looking for presents. So many different things for different people. I love the quality of every product I brought (and I brought a lot). Maybe an option to have it all shipped together? Arrived in 2-3 different shipments. Not sure if that would be possible depends where its stored I guess. Brilliant all round though!

Just to explain the multiple deliveries: we’re able to offer such a wide range of products because some items are shipped directly from our partners and others from the publishers themselves like our books. Sending items straight from the source means we can cut out the extra step of everything coming to us first and then being sent back out, which helps get orders to you faster overall. And means we can offer LOADS more products as we don't keep them all in our own warehouse.
We really appreciate your feedback though, and we’re always looking at ways to improve where we can. Thanks again for your support, it truly means a lot to us

Fantastic company, lovely item and great customer service
I ordered a candle for a secret santa in work. Unfortunately the item got stuck in a Royal Mail Depot and I was getting nowhere with them. I contacted Witch Please Customer Services on a Sunday and got a reply straight away. Joe chased it up with Royal Mail the next day, kept me continuously updated and after a slight delay the item was delivered. My friend was over the moon with her candle. I would definitely recommend this company.

The Witch, Please! website is so amazing! So much time, thought and effort has gone into every aspect of design to it. It’s so easy to use and very appealing. There is a huge variety of beautiful products. I love the wishlist option so I can come back for the goodies I want later. Also the generous store credit after each order is a plus. I tip after each purchase because this team definitely deserve it, they are providing us with all the magical things we dream of all in the same place and better than supporting Jeff Bezos! The deliveries are always quick and the customer service is brilliant and personal. Every item is well detailed so you always know what to expect. I have made a few purchases on this site and they definitely have a customer for life, I trust them 100%!
