Great customer sevice, stable sever, never laggy over all the best sever hosting i have ever used

BRO ITS KEEPS RESTARTING WHEN THE SERVER IS OUT OF MEMORY. Supports are helpful but. bro they response 5-6hours to reply to a customer. the fact that they receive negative comment regarding for supports that slow to response. they still do it. supports still slow and doesn't fix it.

Although support takes a bit long this host is awesome

the support is just so slow and respond just to respond. if you think you don't need support please think twice because I can't unzip my files on there panel and I need them to do it for me but the support took 5 hours to replay and the respond is useless they basically say click Unarchive even tho it not working. i tried discord and everything no respond.

Let's just start with their prices, they are absolutely affordable. Not only that, but their support team is extremely friendly and helpful with whatever you might need. I was helped and they helped me do something I had always wanted to do. Thank you! A million out of ten service.

I did enjoy WitherHosting, and I would recommend it for a starter or someone with low funds for a minecraft host! That being said, WitherHostings is a bit minimal compared to other services.
Here is why:

- Their response time isn't quick.

- Adding plugins or mods is a bit more complicated.

- You must pay manually each month as far as my understanding while having them and if you do not pay in time they charge a late fee.

These things caused me to personally cancel my subscription with WitherHosting. I may note some good things as well though.

That being:

- WitherHosting is affordable.

-You are free to cancel anytime.

-Their servers run well if you buy the correct one! (This is for all hosting companys make sure that you buy the correct subscription base this off of the amount of players you are planning on having!)

I'm not usually one for reviews or to give such high praise and generous rating but the support chat they offer for help was incredible. Not only did they respond to me within 20 minutes they continued to answer every clueless question with helpful answers,video guides and friendly kind attitude. Without even needing to mention how stable and great the servers actually run. The support team available is exactly what every new experienced user wants and needs and i couldn't be more satisfied or recommend their service more well worth the price tag that is still CHEAPER than the lower quality no chat support official realms service Minecraft themselves offer

Very indepth instructions on how to fix issues and responded relatively quickly.

Amazing customer support, got back to me within the hour and just was really helpful. It was easy to communicate with them and they were fully understanding and got my issue fixed within the day. Great hosting, easy to use console, and great active customer support

I love it, the support is great, the servers are cheap but they can support all my friends, and there is nothing wrong with it

I paid for their premium package trimonthly and they're super helpful, dont charge crazy amounts and their servers are super stable.

incredible customer service tbh i would advice to join the discord if you dont wanna wait as much though you can probs get a reply there way faster than on the actual website but yeah really nice and supportive

I don't want to give a bad review but the support is so slow it's annoying and hard to work with. When I first got the servers the support was quick and friendly but when I need help with something it sometimes takes over 24 hours just for one reply and it will be something like "is it fixed" or "what exactly is the issue". Overall I'm giving a 2 star only because the servers and quality are actually good but the support needs improvements.

Really good hosting company, I'd recommend them more than other larger one's. Really helpful and prices are affordable. Support is super good, quick, and helpful. Shout to the support guy Brad, he's a real one 🙏

I really like this Host for the comfort and ease in creating a server without complications, in addition to the fact that the support is very fast and effective, it is one of the best hosts I have been to, I give it a 10.

This review is after the second time using them. (First time was 2022 for 4 months, and this time is from a few days ago, 18/06/23)

The service I get is incredible, there is always someone that is willing to help, and will explain things where needed.

They will even help you with setting up plugins for an extremely good price, to make your server exactly how you want it.

The server speed, cost, and ease of use is second to none. I tried a few other Minecraft hosting site before this, but WitherPanel is by far the best to use.

Words cannot explain how I feel about this company. I've been with several different hosting companies and none compare to Wither Hosting. Their slogan, Truly Fast Truly Cheap Truly Limitless, says it all. I use to be with Apex Hosting for awhile, but a MC Server owner showed me this Company. Single handedly the best choice. It's truly fast, you truly save money, and you feel truly Limitless. The support staff have never been other than amzing towards me and staff. I have never had an issue with server stability. If I had a problem with something, there was someone there to help. In my opinion, this is by far the best decision for a server host out there. I hope this review reaches to alot of people debating with this company, trust me, its worth every penny.
