James has been incredible on a couple of occasions over the last couple of years when I’d been looking around at opportunities. Even when I ultimately couldn’t take roles, he was extremely patient and demonstrated that his concern was really only making sure I was making the correct decision for me.

His SEO background and exceptional industry knowledge made him an incredible soundboard for ideas on what type of career directions would suit me best. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on hand for a chat if I had questions. This year, With Frontier placed me at a new role that is perfect for me, and this could only have been achieved thanks to the attention to detail and care shown when helping me to choose what my next best move was.
