Within You Brand BUYER BEWARE
Within You Brand – Great Product, Shady Business Practices (Read Before You Order)
I wanted to post this so anyone thinking of ordering from Within You Brand knows exactly what they’re getting into.
The short version:
• I ordered from them mid-July.
• USPS tracking stalled — no updates for over 2 weeks past the delivery date.
• Their own policy says if an order appears lost in transit, they’ll reship or refund “as swiftly as possible.”
• Instead, I got weeks of stalling, contradictory excuses, and an offer of store credit that required me to spend more money to get what I already paid for.
• Finally, the rep (Chloe) emailed saying my order was refunded… but no refund was ever processed.

The long version with receipts:
1. Order placed: Selected “Standard” shipping — there was no UPS option despite them later claiming there was.
2. Tracking stalls: USPS Ground Advantage (3–8 business day estimate) went dark for over 2 weeks.
I even opened a USPS Missing Mail Search to move things along.
3. Their responses:
• “It’s in transit, should update soon.”
• “It could take 6–8 weeks by boat to Hawaii.” (This is false — USPS Ground Advantage to HI is 3–8 business days.)
• “We can give you store credit if you want to buy more.”
• “If it ever arrives, you’ll have to pay to return it or be charged again.”
4. Refund promise:
On Aug 7, Chloe emailed: “I have refunded your order.”
But no refund was initiated in ShopPay, no confirmation email, no pending credit on my card — just an internal edit to my order page showing $0.
In other words: they closed the order in their system to make it look refunded without actually returning any money.
5. Subscription cancelled: I cancelled my recurring order immediately to avoid future headaches.
