I really like the reimbursing section as it gives me even more options to spend my points on (nail and hair appointments!!) and the money always hits my account super quickly.

Expectation management
Juno are still a young company with a small team, that’s hard to tell from their cool platform.
In my opinion they could better manage customer expectations. I waited 30 minutes on their live chat system after an initial greeting to find out I would need to be responded to by email. The email I then received didn’t have an obvious way for me to leave a feedback rating.
After waiting for this reply I felt the tone of this email was more about correcting why I was wrong about an issue with my order than acknowledging improvements they could make. However, I’ve been assured feedback is taken seriously and hopefully they will continue to grow their team and build their processes.

An incredible personal service
Juno has proven to be a brilliant company from the experience I have had with them. Not only do they offer a diverse range of opportunities, but also provide incredible customer service as well as indulge and commit to the initiatives that are close to your heart.
My example, Juno offered out supermarket delivery directly to your door during the testing times of covid19 isolation in London. I got in contact with them and offered all my points for some essential items for my elderly neighbours. Juno organised a delivery that same day and kept me in the detail throughout the process! Incredible!

I've had a great experience with Juno from the start. Easy to use platform with regularly updated activities, experiences and essentials that you can redeem your Juno points against. I would typically use my points to try new classes but have recently opted for online courses and streaming sites to help pass the time indoors. The customer service is great, always at hand if you had any questions or want to suggest bringing something to the platform. Give it a shot - our team love it.
The destination for wellness
A simple to use all in one destination for wellness. I especially love the chat function where I was able to use my points to buy items from anywhere. I chose some wireless headphones to keep me running whilst in quarantine.
