First time working with this company
First time working with this company. Very happy with the product we ordered, carabiners, for our Police Department as Community Policing promotional giveaways. Turnaround time was quick. If the price is right on items we are looking for in the future, we would once again order with this company. Even though everything is done online, I did have questions before ordering for the first time. I called and spoke to a very helpful customer service person, who answered all my questions.

Limited design and taste like soap
Very limited on design availability. Ordered tin of mints, they taste horrible. Sent an email of the complaint of the taste of the mints, and have not heard nothing from customer support. Would not recommend this company or the product to anyone.

We also apologize for the delay in response to your email. Please be advised that our office hours are M-F from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. This past week, our office was closed Thursday and Friday in observance of the holiday and to allow our team to spend time with their families. Your complaint was received on Thanksgiving Thursday. You would have received a response regarding your dispute this morning.
In regards to the design of your product, no artwork, logo, or specific instructions were provided with your order. A proof was created and sent to you, which you approved with no requests for revisions. If you would have requested any design revisions (up to 3 revisions are included with your order) we would have been more than happy to make the necessary changes and send you a revised proof for approval prior to printing.
