I am sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet, today is the third working day since your order was posted.
Your order was posted as standard first class, this option was selected at the checkout. As discussed on the website chat, we cannot provide a tracking number for an item which is sent out as standard post.
Unfortunately, the speediness of Royal Mail is completely out of our control and I do hope you will consider amending your review when your item is delivered.

I received a Sterling Silver Heart Birthday Bracelet as a gift a couple of years ago and liked it so much I have now bought two more to give as gifts. They are beautifully made, perfectly wrapped and arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.
