Don't like the idea of being tracked by the device they insist you put in you car that's why it's a low score one feels like they are being looked at in a Big Brother scenario all this after being charged extortionate price for the cover , no claims means nothing not just this company most of the other companies are the same cold hard cash is there god not loyalty or dignity and honesty towards the customer !

Pffff how much?
I don't understand what's going on with insurance quotes, each year I hope it's going to be cheaper but I have my eyes ripped out. Stella was the cheapest but I'll be stuck with a telematics box like a noob driver which is a pain in the behind. Hopefully next year will be cheaper?
As a very mature student studying at home I've gone for domestic and pleasure only at 6k a year, who knows how much I will be charged when I go back to work and add commuting with more miles.
To be fair the process was simple enough and I will be able to check my driving via the app, cos after years of driving I need advice now eh?
Be kind Stella. Next year I want a heavy discount!! Might go up a couple of stars 😉

Absolutely appalling experience.
Had an accident, no 24/7 helpline as advertised, instead just a series of numbers that aren't applicable to you.
It's been nearly a week now since the accident.
They deemed it a write off, so the courtesy vehicle was taken off me, as per policy, which is fine. However, they then decided they were unsure as to whether or not it was a write off.
Emails unanswered, cannot get in touch with anybody.
I have never had such terrible customer service anywhere

I did try a couple of days ago to reach you on your live messaging system regards this, but I kept on getting put on hold, then cut off, along with being asked for my reg number, name , address, countless times, the irony!!!
No waiting for my claim to be processed which has taken too long, I have not had a car for over 2 weeks now, It doesn't feel like its too much of a priority.
You have my details if needed . I have spent far too much time dealing with this now

10/10 would not engage with this insurer.
switched from 5 to 1 star, because i aint been with stella for long, 2months after passing my test and the money for this month insurance got bounced back and stella terminated my policy and are trying to charge me £100 for cancelling and are passing that to a debt collection agency?!
now i have to walk my daughter to doctors for her first vaccinations out in the poor weather. i am honestly disgusted with how low stella cares for peoples circumstances and will be switching to different insurer.
due to this reason i highly would not recommend stella at all. frustrated over this and its put alot of stress onto me and my appointments that are booked for today and tomorrow.
for people looking for reviews upon this insurer. i wouldnt waste money on them they have taken £5/600 . money grabbers.
