I ordered a screen replacement for my lg v30 from witrigs.com after seeing their youtube channel and decided that since they could show me how to take care of the problem myself, that I would order the parts from them.

Upon receiving the part, I was upset to find that the screen I ordered to replace my broken one did not have a functioning touchscreen. After uploading a video of the part not working, Witrigs put a replacement in the mail.

I would use Witrigs again if I needed replacement parts for my cellphone, as their customer service was quick to respond within a day to my concerns, and they replaced the defective part at no cost to me.

I ordered a screen for my OnePlus 6 which was completely destroyed. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be an exact replacement but it seems to be. It works perfectly. They provided all the tools necessary and have instruction videos on YouTube.

1. Placed an order
2. It was shipped and I got the tracking ID
3. Several weeks after I noticed that the parcel arrived (but I did not get it), then the sate was changed to problem with delivery
4. I reached witrigs support, nothing. Silence
5. I took a day-off and checked all local post offices, luckily the third in the list said that the item was shipped back as there was some issue with the address
6. I reached witrigs support with the question, what should I do now? Nothing, silence...
7. Overall I sent around 5-6 emails to witrings (including satisfaction questionnaire which was like a joke) but did not receive any answer
8. I wasted 30$, a couple hours of my time and still dont have spare part to fix my phone.

Folks, please stay away and use any other company.

Exactly as per the manufactures description. On checkout they outline which additional inexpensive parts are required to do the job (ie adhesives, couple tools, etc...). 

Reason for repair; I broke my glass and led screen, capacitive touch was not working on 20% of my screen. 

I ordered a new screen complete with the frame (for the extra couple dollars). The replacement job went smooth.  There is a good how to video through witrigs, also there is an excellent how to video on YouTube from CellularProz that goes a bit more in depth on the removal of components. 

The glass on the rear cover is pretty fragile, do your self a favor and order a new back cover (lesson learned).... you will crack it. It's only $8 extra in the grand scheme. 

When removing the rear cover, don't be shy on the heat. I used the supplied shims (extra cost) but these are more of a spacer to stop the existing adhesive from re-attaching. I used a decent pry tool (simular to the videos) and a ridgid plastic buisness card size card.

To test before assembly, be sure to install all (or close to all) 17 screws for the frame. My phone would not re-start at first, but I am sure it had something to do with the grounding/bonding screws missing for the motherboard. I put 15 screws back on (including one that goes through their "full test before installation warranty void if removed" sticker, and everything powered up as it should.  Did a full test and all is well. 

Side note; you need some finesse, when you are doing this repair.

I bought a screen in September this year for a pixel 2XL. The screen overall seemed like a great replacement, however, now some of the pixels are going bad and there's a permanent greenish/yellow dot on the screen that won't go away. I've reached out to their customer service which seems to be non-existent. There's supposed to be a 6 month warranty with the screen but it's no good to anyone if you can't contact the company to get a replacement. For now the review stands at a 2 star since there hasn't been any sign of customer support. I will update this review should there be a resolution to my issue.

12/15/18 Update
It took a bit of time, however, I was able to get a replacement screen through warranty. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs to repair their phone.

These guys are awesome!! Ordered a new screen for my Huawei Mate 7. Arrived nicely packed with plenty of bubble wrap. Changed y screen and good to go. Will be recommending to everyone I know.
