Very Good Experience
Hello. Just let me talk about my experience with Witrigs. I have a Realme GT Neo 2, so I contacted Realme Europe to ask about an OE battery. They recommended three partners. After looking at all of them, I chose Witrigs.
First, I talk to them via their built-in chat. The guy was very helpful, and I ordered the battery from them. I live in Romania. The price was 17.40$, shipping included, so very cheap. I received the item faster than I expected, 10 days, if I remember correctly. I installed it in a service center and everything works fine at the moment. After a few days, I remembered that I needed a commercial invoice for my company, contacted the support again, and they gave it to me right away.
So my experience with Witrigs was exceptional, and I will buy two more batteries for my Honor and Xiaomi phones. I really recommend them.
10/10 from me.

Do not trust their warranty claims
Ordered a screen and a battery. The screen's touch function does not work at all, but Witrigs refuces to give refund or a new screen. Battery works ok. Also I paid for 5-9 days delivery but it took a month to arrive.

Ultra Sketchy.
As another user mentioned, order tracking is broken. They provide multiple ways to track a given order and none of them worked. I was supposed to get my order in 5-9 days, it took 20 days, and I had no tracking.
I contacted them for an update and they didn't respond until a week AFTER the item arrived. Their response didn't address anything in my message... it said that if I had problems I should contact USPS.
Also, the part I ordered was bent, though I was able to fix it with no issues.
AVOID.

If I could give less than one star I would. So I ordered a replacement back glass for OnePlus 8t and after bit hearing anything about it being shipped for a few days I went back to their web site and after looking around a bit more I could out they were not open for a whole week to celebrate Luna New Year. So my bad there i guess but they could have had the banner saying they were off for the week in a bit more of a open obvious spot. Anyways they said vacation was over on the 3rd and would be back and working by the 4th. So like the 5th comes around still has t shipped so I message them and the tell me some bs about the wearhouse being backed up from everyone being off for vacation blah blah but will get it shipped in the next day or 2. So I wait 3 day and nothing. Message them again they apologized up and down and shit they would for sure get it shipped tomorrow. That was like 4 days ago. Still has t shipped. Wrote them a message this morning saying they don't have to worry about shipping it and would just like my money back at this point. Now they won't write me back of course. If you're thinking about purchasing from this website do yourself a favor and don't do it. Worse on line shopping experience I've had to date.

Effective technical support
I've never installed a phone screen before, but they had a great video and super helpful tech support. I was able to get it installed and working perfectly! They only thing that could be better is the shipping time.

Weak replacement screen
I bought an replacement screen for Pixel 7 Pro, it was advertised as OEM.
When I received it, it did not have a frame, nor a fingerprint sensor. Despite this I managed to install the screen. It worked well for a month, after which it cracked.
I felt that it broke quicker than a real OEM screen would.

Witrigs ripped me off
I bought a computer from them when it arrived it didnt have a dvd drive or hdmi as the picture showed but i kept it anyway. After a month it stopped working told me to send it back but they had it quite a while. I emailed them they said theyd send it out few days later i sked and said they sent it fed ex but no tracking no. Heres what they finally said.

First time customer and totally happy!
First time customer this month and all seems to be original equipment as advertised with fast delivery. I note 4x pages of only 5-star reviews.... I'm not sure why there's a 1.7 overall rating.
I was skeptical dealing with a Chinese company but they earned my trust.
Makes me wonder if its punitive for the company not subscribing to TP services. All in all, I would recommend this company - my experience (like the other reviews) was glowing. Thanks Witrigs!

Don't buy from them, they are thieves and scammers who only steal money. Technical support is very bad. There is no return .fake products. Poor quality. I have been in contact with technical support for two months. No return or refund.
Almost 2 months no delivery
Ordered a battery, a few tools and replacement adhesive for my Samsung s20 fe. It's been almost 2 months and no delivery yet. They just keep making different excuses as to why it's not arrived.
1: they were sourcing the best battery for me.
2: it has arrived in the country and should be with me soon, even gave me a tracking number ( of course it didn't work)
3: My favourite.. it's being sorted by the Italian post office lol ...I live in Australia.
4: it's being held in customs.

$19 for nothing but inconvenience
I ordered phone parts and adding express shipping 7-10 days option.
14 days later I emailed about a week later the reply was that they were closed for Chinese New Year. Ok. About 6-7 days later I emailed and asked for an update. 2 days later they tell me that it is ready to be shipped. So I asked for a refund. The next day they tell me it is shipped, the day after that they tell me they can't refund because it's been shipped. I escalated it with PayPal. They got back to me and said they had it intercepted and will refund me when it gets back to me. It ended up being a part refund.
