Absolutely shocking customer service and stalling paying out
Absolutely shocking customer service. Made a withdrawal 9 days ago along with submitting requested documents, their own t&cs state withdrawals will stay pending for 48hrs before being processed. Have now sent two emails over the past week to which none have had replies and I have phoned their call centre who just fob you off. I would presume that either I have been very unlucky with this casino or that the majority of the positive reviews have been written by employees 🤔
