wee presto barrel bag and wee shazam saddle bag
Beautifully made kit - excellent workmanship and materials. The wee presto bag I've attached to the saddle of my Appaloosa where it is perfect for carrying tools and a couple of haggis or black pudden pieces. I haven't used the wee shazam saddle bag yet - will put it to good use on my Box Dog Pelican once I've repaired the frame. Many thanks Wizard Works

Take care with no returns items
Just take care with the "custom" category and the no returns policy.This is stated n the terms but my partner bought an (expensive) gift without realising the item/colour was custom and wasn't therefore a good gift choice. Unfortunately it is still in the box 6 months later. Looks well made though.

The reason we can't accept returns on Custom items is because they have been made especially for you in colours chosen by you and are therefore not resellable. However, we were sympathetic when your partner reached out to us via email and so we offered a couple of solutions to resolve this for you, we received no response so we assumed you were happy to keep the bag. Our offer stills stands though, so do reach out if you change your mind.

Lovely bike bags & bike stuff
Lovely bike bags & adventure/backpacking stuff from a small company in SE London.
Have ordered quite a few bits & bags over the last year or so for various trips & never disappointed. There Is a personal touch too as you get a note say thank you & what song or genre your item was made & packed too….
Always promptly dispatched & arrives within 48hrs.
Recently ordered a custom Shazam! & was delivered well before the estimated date.
You will find cheaper bike bags but these are very well made, hold there shape, work well in typical changeable UK weather & have well thought out attachment points, pockets, straps, closures etc & instructions how to care for your stuff. Definitely good bike bags!
Had been listening to path less pedalled podcast & they had been chatting with Swift Industries, a similar company in the USA & explained why their items are that little more expensive & I am sure that will relate to Wizard Works too. So nice to buy UK stuff too.
Highly recommend & sure you won’t be disappointed with their stuff.

Great product and customer service from a small local business. Very accommodating of my request to pick up my order in a COVID safe way rather than pay the postage (I live nearby). I paid the postage and they refunded me before I collected the order later the same day. The items themselves are extremely well made. No reason not to recommend these guys and rate them 5*

After the misstep of their supplier Foragerbikes and as a result all this delay in months for delivery, despite the small mistake of Wizard Works for the choice of transport of my tiny order finally quickly delivered, I give Wizard Works five stars. Because Harry and Veronica are really very close to their customers and do their best for them by being fast, very friendly and very helpful. Because, ultimately, what matters most to me before trade is the people who do it and how they do it and why they do it.
