Trigger happy responsible play suspension.
One day approx 30 x £0.10 spins suspended play for the day, another day 4 x £5 spins.
The day before I won around £485 in a bonus round in slot and they suspended play again before it credited and said no record of it.
For me verification and withdrawal were all good and liked the games but will never play there again or any of their related casinos

Update- Finally, 5 weeks later they released the funds to my bank account. Still advise against using them. That was hard work considering it should be fun!

Deposit and verified my account had a little win of £850 and it took a day to approved and back in my account. Played again and lost, then played again and deposited £50 and managed to win over 4k on different slots when I wanted to withdraw it let me fill out the forms only for when I pressed complete it says CANT WITHDRAW CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I contacted them and no reply I kept checking my account and still couldn't withdraw and no reply each time playing some games , in the end lost the winnings of 4k because it wouldn't let me withdraw even though my account is fully verified and it let me withdraw the 1st time. If it let me withdraw I would have be 4k up. Don't use.

Will take your deposit but when you win you will either get paid out or not at all the first time i got a withdrawal within the hour. The second time the payment still pending after 3 days and they don’t reply to your emails as there is no contact number for them! Won’t use again

I won £150 on big bass day at the races and it hasn’t credited on my player account it’s as if I didn’t win. I have emailed 3 times and no reply. No way of getting in touch by phone or no live chat, been playing on here for awhile and I thought it was a good site but this has completely put me off playing. I read about the problems people were having on the website after trying to withdraw my winnings and having to verify all documentation. The documentation went through without a problem and I’ve had many withdrawals. I haven’t had any problems and generally once I withdraw the money hits my bank within a few hours. Only downside is I wish they had an online chat option or a phone number, doing everything through email in the hope someone will respond is poor. I have just tried withdrawing again and now it’s saying I need to speak to customer services for some routine checks before I can withdraw again. I’ve never known so much checks and details and responsible gaming things now on these websites, it just takes the fun from it. It used to be no questions asked which it isn’t when you deposit but trying to withdraw isn’t great. Plus you get charged £2.50 each withdrawal

Wow this company dont want to pay you , banked £100 they asked for my documents which i sent..they then replied needed a few more bits so i sent everything they asked for ...no reply for hours so checked my account on site they had locked my account and added the withdrawal back to my balance...ive been emailing them and jumpman gaming since Wednesday they are absolutely ignoring messages its obvious they are trying to avoid paying...why havent they replied since i sent all the documents its absolutely bizarre....
