This started well with a decent offer from a dealer and agreed time for collection and payment. But it went downhill from there. The guy turned up on time and firstly looked at the car without saying he had arrived which was rude. Then he started to haggle the price down quoting issues with the car. Given I thought the offer was the price I would get I was less than happy but I had committed to buy another car so had to accept the lower offer - some £350 less than the original offer. I got what the dealer I am buying from had offered but if I had known the price could be lowered claiming he had not seen the stone chips/marks I would have taken that offer because I now have to pay £32.50 in train fares to go and collect the new car. So my advice is buyer beware the price offered can go down!

Easy, fast and pleasant experience with price agreed prior to collection. No quibbling or tyre kicking once the price is agreed. Helpful friendly staff who stay in touch throughout the process. Highly recommended

Best way I came across to sell a car. No tyre kickers or time wasters. Managed to get the full asking price I listed the car for. Wizzle's support was also awesome. They were in touch during each and every step of the process which was very reassuring. Special shout-out to Michael Bakare from the support team who kept checking in on the progress every couple of days. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to save themselves the hassle of having to deal with time wasters.

Fantastic experience with Wizzle who were on it from the beginning ....Sold my BMW for a better price than expected to a BMW dealer paid off finance and had equity left which is a novelty…. no haggling as long as you are honest you will get a good price for your car..picked up from home saves all that backwards and forwards with other Car Buyers…Highly Recommend everything went very smooth.

First Class service from Wizzle, I gave them photos and description of my car and they done the rest. They contacted me with several offers and asked me what I price I would be willing to accept. Hilton Garage made the best offer and their communication was excellent. No trying to knock me down and a truly professional experience from start to finish. Promised no haggling upon collection for the dealership to try and knock me down £400. Unimpressed, waited over a week for the car to be supposedly ‘collected’ as it had ‘sold’. Waste of space company and quite frankly I would definitely not recommend.

Uploaded the vehicle i would like to sell, I've contacted them on a couple of occasions. Regarding my vehicle all i get its difficult to sell your vehicle as its commercial vehicle. We are working hard I don't think there bothered, this been 7 days so far and not one person is interested low mileage 5 seat van

I used Wizzle for the first time following a laughable interaction with webuyanycar. I got a fair price and the car was collected within a day of agreeing everything. Very efficient service. Will use again.

I had a negative experience with this company due to the buyer not full filing their promise to buy my car, essentially wasting valuable time and frustrating me. The communication channels are too slow so I ended up selling my car through a different company 2 days prior to hearing back from Wizzle. Though the personal at Wizzle did what they could in trying to resolve the issue, there was just too much to-and-throw in the process with zero sale. Personally, I had an easier sale through webuyanycar.

The best way to sell your car.

I received a price that was more than WeBuyAnyCar on Tuesday and by the following Monday it had been collected and money was in my account.

Really easy sale and got £2k more than WeBuyAnyCar. Communication from sales support was fantastic. Price wasn't quibbled on inspection of the vehicle, I got the price quoted. Money was in my account within 10 minutes of collection and my finance was sorted by the buyer. Would use this site again to sell any future cars.

Absolutely fantastic company. Couldn't ask for better. Listed my car, within a couple of days they had found me a dealership to sell my none-running car at a very good price. Money transferred before handing keys over. All handled by Wizzle.

Uploaded my car to Wizzle on Saturday morning, had a call from a nearby garage Monday morning to offer £500 more than well known car garages were offering. Took the car to buyer, car was checked and buyer paid initial offer. No tyre kicking or time wasting. Brilliant service from Wizzle. Would definitely recommend for a straight forward sale.

Excellent experience. Placed Father in law's car up for sale on Wizzle, had a few offers. I accepted an offer £1200 more than local garages offered, he rang and arranged to meet me. Everything went smoothly, straight forward transaction and money transfered to account roadside. Would definitely deal with again.

I got on offer straight away but they ghosted me completely, got an email a few days later asking if everything was okay and replied to that.. which they also didn't reply to, I wouldn't be surprised if you told me the staff of this company were kangaroos as they just bounce off never to be seen again.

Awful service. Firstly you’re harassed by phone to sell. After 8 or 9 phone calls in one single day, I had an offer accepted.

‘Great’, I thought, good offer put forward and that was the last I ever heard of it.

Emailed the agent who’d been dealing with my offer who offered to chase up the dealer who’d put forward the offer.

Never heard anything from him or the dealer… sent many follow-up emails to chase what was happening, called the multiple numbers they called me from and there was never an answer.

Each time, I left a voicemail (as prompted to do so) and I never got a call back.

This started on 14/10/2021. Received a call a few days ago asking me how the collection went - what collection? The car is still sat on the drive, I’ve not heard anything from anyone!

Again, it was supposed to be followed-up and they were supposed to get back to me. Nothing.

Another call today asking me about a different quote… I’ve sold it myself now…

Wouldn’t recommend, no idea why this company is associated with CarWow as CarWow seems more legit. If it’s owned by, you need to sort out your customer service and the way you do things!
