Total scam company.
Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas.. item arrived 2 weeks after Christmas .
Awful communication.. cant get a refund and the product is so poor quality.. stay away or you will lose your money!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! PERIOD! I basically got the run around when it came to my order. They said they shipped it. And then later on they said it is out of stock. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU? And it took me forever to get my money back. Buyer beware. Check reviews and the company before buying from any company. Something I usually do.

Hi my name is Chaya I’ve placed an order over a year ago, order 62382 of course I haven’t received it, they are playing with me for months over the refund what they claimed the refunded but they couldn’t as the card was closed, they only respond once a month saying they are looking into it, I just can’t understand why they are not takin off the streets they are bad people stealing your money People

This is a scam website. I ordered 3 months ago and now they’re saying it’s delayed and that they’ll reorder it again. It’s been another 2 weeks and no new tracking info. They will stall you out indefinitely. You will never receive any progress. Please do not order from them.

Scam! Never received my items and never got a refund. It’s been 3 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered an item at the start of January. I still have not received the item and everytime i have emailed them, they have given excuses like delayed shipment. Please do not use this site as it appears to be a scam

Fraud they literally taking your money and never send your items. My items stayed pending for 2 months! I emailed customer support and said they was running behind on shipment, following week said they wasn’t able to send it so I would get a gift card exchange, no refund of my money!

I believe that the website is a scam, the tracking didn't even seem like it was a real tracking number and this company is over seas. On Black Friday 2023 I paid using sezzle and never received my order and the tracking always said the exact same thing that it was waiting to be shipped. I tried to get my money back and sezzle told me no because the company gave me a tracking number I could not be refunded. I believe that sezzle is fraudulent as well. Shame on this company for scamming people and stealing money especially at Christmas time.

I placed an order in mid-December 2023 but never received my items. It's January 27th now. Support sends me a fake tracking number. Never answer phone calls. Scam! Don't give them your money.

Merchandise never arrived. No one answers the customer service phone number, and I could barely get responses via their email. They were all just form letters that said the item was in transit. I told them if they could not provide more information I would have to contact my CC company and get a charge back, which is what I eventually did. I guess this whole thing is just a scam.
***UPDATE: Much to my surprise, a month later my order DID arrive...and they sent the wrong size. I ordered two sweaters in small, and I got received two sweaters in medium, which are enormous. One also has some kind of stain on it.

I ordered a winter coat and tungsten ring on Dec 8, 2023... it is now Jan 19, 2024 and the tracking status ("In transit") for my order has remained the same for over a month.
Have tried calling the number on their website several+ times but all calls have been unanswered with no return. Have not received any email responses either.
Very disappointed in myself for trusting this website and not checking their reviews before my purchase.

Crazy scam website. Placed an order in august 2023 and its been such an apparent scam trap.

Do not waste your money on these scammers and if you have try to file a dispute immediately so you can fight it on top please follow up with your bank about the dispute as they are very good in lying to the bank that they follow up with their customers and the product has been delivered while you never receive the product. It’s been 52 days since ai ordered a jacket and never received it. Please be careful guys.

Scammers,they took the money and never delivered any jackets. They sent a FAKE tracking number.

I felt like this is scammed store, just took your payment and never get your item that you purchased!! Customer service NEVER answer their call. They kept telling me the item ship and the tracking no.
NOWHERE to be found!! Becareful!!!

Sadly, I cannot give zero stars as I would like to do. I could kick myself for not doing 5 minutes of research before placing an order with these fraudsters. The reviews on the company website are fake. There is no “customer service” and you will never receive the item ordered. (I ordered on October 1, I have received nothing.) No one answers at the 800 number and they don’t respond to emails. It’s all a scam. Don’t fall for it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of boots for my son that cost $199.99 and with tax it wound up totaling over $200. Until I emailed their “support team” they didn’t even provide me with shipping information. Once I did get a tracking number, nothing was ever updated. The purchase was made September 26, I got a tracking number on October 2, and it is now November 22 and I have no product. I have proof of several attempts I made to reach out to them and they always give an excuse and “apologize for the wait,” which is complete BS. They never intended to ship anything. There was never any follow up nor investigation into why the product never shipped. Why? Because they never planned to. I have reported this company to Google and will also report them on any social media modalities they use. I have also placed a fraud claim with my bank. Long story short, protect yourself and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
