Disappointing Quality

I bought these sunglasses because they look really nice, but unfortunately the lens quality doesn’t seem very good. Every time I wear them, my eyes start to hurt. I even had my sister try them, and she felt the same discomfort.
In the end, I barely wear them because of this issue, so I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Paid for the glasses

Paid for the glasses, didn’t get any. Waited and emailed them. Get back that I get a discount for 30% but not the glasses I pad for.

I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this shit company

I’m disappointed with my experience…

I’m disappointed with my experience ordering from WMP Eyewear.

I placed my order on 8th March, and while it was quickly marked as “shipped”, the tracking shows that the parcel has not actually left the USA even after a significant amount of time.

At no point during checkout was it clearly communicated that delivery to the UK could take this long, or that “shipped” may simply mean a label has been created rather than the item being in transit.

When I contacted customer service, I was told it was too late to cancel, despite the item not yet appearing to have progressed through shipping.

I understand international shipping can take time, but clearer communication and more transparency around dispatch and delivery expectations would make a big difference.

At the moment, the experience feels misleading and frustrating.
